Rooms are very clean,

This is a huge unit to comfortably accommodate a big family. We got the top unit, it had a terrace as well. We spent the evenings and night in terrace. The view is great especially in the night -you could see Tirumala temple from this place. Another big plus are the property manager and the help there. They will get you everything you need and will come on a quick call.

The only thing I can think of is that you need a car and restaurants are not that close, don't think it's walkable. We used Zomato to order food .

The location is not very easy to find

very spacious and well maintained. Good for family and kids. Staff, especially watchman is extremely helpful. Management is also kind enough to accommodate your special requests like early checkin and late checkout with reasonable fee based on availability. The whole apartment is kept very clean so I strongly recommend family with kids travelling in and around Tirupati or Tirumala to consider this accommodation.

Little far from shopping and regular hotels and restaurants which was not actually a problem as watchman helped us in everything we needed.
