Nice, quiet and safe

Pillows and towels were awesome, bed was hard, staff were sweet, no lights at the pool so it closes early, easy access to beaches, we heard highway traffic throughout the night but convenient to 60

Great place but a little bit smelly

Overall, my stay here was good and would stay again. Staff was very polite and professional personable Plenty of food choices for breakfast The shower pressure was slow and pillows too soft for me(this is minimal issues) I care about cleanliness, free from infestations, free from smoke in my room, sound proof, clean linen and descent food--all the above was met and great value for the price we paid

It was great! Hotel staff is very nice, me and my girl stayed here to go enjoy Vero beach for 2 days and it was great. No complaints here

Lady over night really bad customer care rude I ask for the first floor cuz my kid can’t get in the elevator she say it’s not my problem don’t care that’s the room and walk away really nasty persom

I love this hotel, I have been raving about it to family and friends. I will be staying here again. It's a great value with excellent services. At the price I paid, surprisingly, I got more than I paid for. It exceeded my expectations!!👏 👏 👏 Its stylish, modern and is in top condition. The entire hotel is super clean, the pillows are fluffy, and the towels were soft and WHITE!!! The staff was friendly and helpful, everything thing I asked for or needed they were smiling and eager to please. Quiet and secluded, but everything is nearby. I liked that when I closed the hotel door, I could not hear what was going on outside. The wi-fi was excellent. The breakfast was also good, with hot items. There's a microwave and refrigerator, and coffee/tea station in the room. We are senior citizens so this hotel was just what we needed. We are already planning our next trip back.

This Best Western is at the Vero Beach outlets and is a good hotel. Basic breakfast is good and coffee all day long. Vending machines take bank card, so that's good.

No shower curtain, few lights didn’t work, roaches when I walked in and initially turned on lights

Check In was stressful. I never reached my security deposit back. No answer from hotel. BEWARE!! Will dispute.

Hotel was clean and staff was excellent. Had an issue once in our room that was addressed and resolved immediately. Room furniture is showing age.

The room is nice. The picture window has sheer drapes and took me a while to realize there was a wind down blind to cover it, LOL They just need to tell their guests about this feature.

Location of hotel; parking was very close to our room. Room seemed old and outdated.

Staff was lovely, but it felt like and had the noise level of young adults looking for a cheap night away from their parents to party.

Check in was a bit of a hassle but it was Expedia’s fault. The lady at the front desk (mornings) was kind and worked diligently to get us checked in. The rooms were FILTHY. Dropped our things off and then went to visit my grandfather in the hospital. When we returned there was a cockroach ON MY PILLOW!! The shower walls look like they had never been scrubbed. There was soap scum, mold, and a bloody booger on them. WEAR FLIP FLOPS, TOUCH NOTHING! No trash can in bathroom. The floor in the room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a good while. Even left a coffee stirrer in the middle of the floor. We paid for 3 nights and got exactly two bath towels and two wash cloths. Tried to exchange them with housekeeping and she didn’t speak a word of English. Didn’t make up the room or exchange the towels in the 3 days we stayed even though we put the card on the door asking them to. Lady at the front desk (evenings) was too busy to exchange towels so we got our own from the closet next to the elevators. I feel like you could get a roach motel for less than what this place costs.

Price n location

The hotel smelled dingy. Old dirty carpets. Rooms need to be refreshed. Walls look moldy/ dusty. No cleaning carts I any hallway by 830am which is unheard of in ahotel.

Sheets were dirty, I asked for room service and they just fixed the bed but didn’t change the sheets Bathroom room pretty unsanitary, there was female hair on the wall and Conner of the tub

Very functional property for the price.
