Its strategic location to SM Megamall. I booked this place at the last minute for work since there wasn’t any availabilities at BSA Tower anymore.

Pretty much everything. This is a complete rip-off. While the host here in booking.com only charged me ₱1300 something, there were hidden charges which I wasn’t previously advised. Even worse, the host didn’t refund me the ₱300 deposit for the key card even after saying he’d do so. I have made several phone calls and text messages to the host and the one who assisted me (w/c I believe is his sister), but neither responded. What a scam and a total rip-off. Had the worst stay ever. The room had LOTS of small cockroaches and they were literally everywhere! I bet they’re not even cleaning the unit properly, and even said they would charge a cleaning fee if it was left untidy. Heck the place was already untidy to begin with. The ad said toiletries would be provided, but no. I had to buy my own shampoo, soap, and toothpaste. I was only provided with a towel and a very think blanket which smelled like it had been stuck in a closet for ages. This wasn’t even prepared in advance as I had to wait more than an hour for this since the time I checked in. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. The sliding door in the shower area seemed to be broken. I got stuck inside but good thing it finally slid after so many attempts of fixing it (mind you, I only used the shower once since it looked unclean.) They made me pay ₱150 for the utility fee (for water, wifi, and electric consumption). I have booked so many hotels and other accommodations but this is the first time I had to pay separately for those which are supposed to be included already in the price I paid. I couldn’t even use the wifi and TV as both weren’t working! Late check-out per hour costed P150. JUST DON’T BOOK THIS PLACE AND ALL THEIR OTHER ACCOMMODATIONS HERE IN BOOKING.COM TO SAVE YOURSELF FROM ALL THESE BLUNDERS. WORST PLACE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

the room given to us wasn’t the room we booked online.no problem with the coolness of the aircon but it has stuck up sink,shower door malfunctioning,needs fixing.lots of cockroaches especially at night.

It is a waste of money. The smell of the room is really suffocating.The rooms were dirty. the blankets, towels, pillows and sheets smell and look like someone already used it. They have hidden charges, they will ask for additional payment for utilities 150 pesos per head. and they will ask also for late check in and also they will ask 300 pesos for key and card as refundable deposit, which they haven't refund yet even after messaging them with my Gcash details. I do not recommend this place. The floor was dirty. The place was infested with baby cockroaches, It crawled on my face while I was sleeping.. There were dead cockroaches in the kitchen counter, inside the kettle and even inside the fridge that was not working. Wifi is just ok. TV not working but no connection. The sofa bed was broken. Everything was a mess.

Location - situated very close to malls/shops, easy access for commute. View was good! There's parking ;)

The room didn't look exactly how it's advertise, not even close. Some fixtures are broken, there's small roaches upon our arrival (was told they recently sprayed), the bed sheets may not have been replaced (we found receipts on the bed, flat iron burn marks - a good enough assumption it was not at all cleaned or replaced), there's empty bottles and trash in the bins.

Evrrything. 1. When we arrive, we had to wait long to get a keycard so we can't leave the hotel and go to the mall. When it was finally given to us, it was also not working, so we had yo wait again. The one who assisted us told us that we can't get a key for the door because it's not working and told us to just leave the door unlocked if we will leave since there's cct camera in the hallway anyway. 2. The unit is not cleaned. The floor was dirty. The place was infested with baby cockroaches. There were dead cockroaches in the kitchen counter, inside the kettle and even inside the fridge. We did not attempt to use any of the appliances. Little cockroaches are everywhere!! In the cr, kitchen and even in the bedside where our 2-month old baby is sleeping! 3. Wifi is just ok. TV not working but no connection. The outlet in the bedroom are also opened. 4. Pillows inside the cabinet looks dirty too. It has stains. Same for the bedroom slippers.
