I like Flair Towers and we booked this specifically because it is called ‘Flair Towers Staycation’ and as we used to live there we wanted to be there to visit some old friends. The unit we were placed in was not Flair Towers but an older condominium next to Megamall. Which is fine if you want to shop, but irrelevant if not.
It isn’t the property advertised. It’s in an old condo. There wasn’t a toilet seat. Shower was mouldy and cold. We were asked for 600PHP cash for utility fees and deposit. Neither of which have been returned.

In the first place I booked a different room from what I expected. The place and especially the bathroom was dirty it wasn't clean at all. I had to clean it myself. I'm so disappointed. Plus, the host didn't inform me well with the rules, they told me I had to pay for a 150 fee + 300 pesos deposit which I haven't received it back yet it's been almost a week.

At least we had a room to stay for the weekend in the metro but not value for money!
1. Deposit that was agreed to be returned upon check out is still not returned as of today, July 19 and we checked out last July 10. Mr. Miguel, the one who helped us check in told Mr. Nissan that we gave that depsoit as a tip but we did not have such arrangement.
2. Laundry was left in the bathroom.

5. Low water pressure.
6. Additional daily fee for electricity and water usage. This was declared after booking so those that chose no cancellation cannot do anything anymore.

The host charged me additional utility fee of 300php per night for 2 people, even though I mentioned that it’s only gonna be staying, I still had to pay for extra person for 2 days + key deposit of 300 that wasn’t refunded. the condo only got a mattress on the floor no actual bed frame.

Everything from the unit's cleanliness to hidden fees, paid but unused pool access, unorganized/uninformed host on how to assist us, unclaimed deposit, to unresponsive owner til the very end.
Upon booking the place, although the unit itself was affordable, we found on FAQs that the pool access has a 200/head fee. We realized that other units from booking.com are cheaper since they already come with pool access.
In addition, we received a chat message that there will be a 150/head utility fee only after the booking was confirmed. Overall our stay will cost us so much more compared to the other properties with same amenities nearby.
Since we already paid with our card and it is non-refundable, we were left with no choice but to go for it - not knowing the disaster that will come from then.
When we came to the place, we were endorsed to Ms. Marill who was supposed to be our host. We were advised that the room we booked has a faulty air conditioner, so we were moved to a different unit which was horrible. The pots and pans were oily, the rice cooker pot still had bits of rice, the electric cooker had spills of leftover dish and was barely wiped from sauces and oil. Cockroaches are all over the place. We have videos of cockroaches showing up while we are cooking, cockroaches in the bathroom, on the couch, table etc. There was even a cockroach that appeared on the table while we were eating. We saw the cockroach eggs in the kitchen drawers. Floor was also sticky. We reported these to Ms. Marill but we still had to clean up and kill the roaches by ourselves.
There was no drinking water and we were advised they can't order one as it needs monthly vouchers from the condo or whatnot. We were also initially advised that the pool area is available from 8am to 10pm. We paid for the pool access knowing that we still have time to take a quick dinner and at least an hour of pool access that night. Ms.

The Process - I suggest that ALL FEES be included in the posting in the app. Customers hate hidden charges. When we arrive at the Hotel, we have to pay this, and this, and this. Please give us hustle-free accommodation that no need to discuss with regards to cash deposits, payment per head per night, electricity, pool, gym, etc.

I cannot say that there was anything about this unit that I enjoyed or appreciated. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the unit I received was not the one I had reserved, and it only went downhill from there. The unit was dirty, uncomfortable, and poorly maintained. There was nothing that stood out as positive or noteworthy, and I would strongly advise against staying in this unit.
I recently stayed in this unit and had a terrible experience. The unit I received was not the one I had reserved, and it was clear that the replacement unit was cheaper and in poor condition. It was extremely dirty, with hair and dirt all over the floors and counters. The air conditioning unit was so dusty that I had to hire someone to clean it, and there was a lot of mysterious green powder under the bed. To make matters worse, the property manager, Nissan, offered to refund the difference but has not contacted me since. I do not trust him and would strongly advise against staying in this unit. Nissan is a fraud. There are much better options available that are cleaner, more comfortable, and managed by people who actually care about their guests.

The worst place I’ve ever seen… the place are not clean no water, wifi and any electronics are not functioning they even give us a wrong unit instead of the one that we booked and they made us pay a fee and the key incase it was lost they said it’s refundable and when we leave we left the place untouched and now we we’re asking for the refund they are not even giving us refund they even blocked us it’s this is unacceptable i will never book in this place again!!

they were dog friendly.
the unit was dusty and had hair and debris. the kettle had insects flying out of it. someone left a pot in the sink which was really dirty. there was no curtain in the unit. the trash wasn’t taken out when I got there. there were cockroaches in the dish rack.
the property also charged electricity per head.
they were the cheapest in the area and if that’s the goal, they got it. just sharing this since you definitely get what you pay for.

We were booked at Flair Tower Hotel However we were asked to move in Axis residence instead. Then upon arrival there are utilities fee 150 per night so we add additional 600 for 2 nights.
