1. The location is very accessible by walking or taxi during the day because of the short distance from Paseo Colón's bus stop, during the night I recommend using taxi to get there. 2. Very functional place if you have late activities within the city and prefer to stay for the night. 3. The staff was very welcoming and happy to help, also, there's always someone present during the early morning hours to receive you. 4. Services like AC and Internet worked perfectly.

1. The nightlamps for the bed worked very good but their decoration was broken. 2. The fan sounded like it was in need of maintenance to ensure it works safely. 3. The shower hose needs to be properly secured with a metal gauze, clamp, or a cable tie. Normal showerhead pressure ejects it and can spill a lot of water in seconds. Nothing that cannot be fixed fast and easy though :D!

Worst nightmare. We booked because they advertised 24 h check in. When we learned we will arrived later than midnight we sent a message. They never answered. We arrived to the hotel and the rude staff there said we don’t have space. We never got a message or were informed. Worst experience. Avoid if you can.

Pagué una habitación con aire acondicionado y la verdad no funcionaba de noche y era terrible! Trataban de solucionar pero nunca lograron que funcionara y si funcionaba de día, era mal programación, pero nubca dieron con el tema. La cama no era nada cómoda, era muy alta y si te movías la cama hacia ruido.

Pésimo el servicio, la de la recepción salió y cuando íbamos llegando, porq salimos a cenar, nadie estaba y duró en llegar 20 min! Se había ido al súper y dejó todo encerrado! No servía el aire, cama incómoda!! PÉSIMO SERVICIO!! Jamás vuelvo
