The house is well equipped and was perfect for my family

The property was nicely furnished and clean. But we were surprised when told we would have to purchase toilet paper if we used more than the two rolls per bathroom already provided. And actually one of the bathrooms had a full roll and a partial roll. When we requested more toilet paper the manager brought us two rolls of paper towels. We were told not to touch the air conditioner settings and in case you didn’t know Aruba is very hot. There was a portable fan in one of the bedrooms. There are three bedrooms. The middle bedroom doesn’t have a closet and there are no dressers or anywhere to put your clothes.

We loved the accommodations, clean and quiet…yes, the chickens became our pets and there were a lot of them, but on the whole a great visit! We want to look at properties for 3 weeks next year and start our booking process within the month…2/1 thru 2/22/25…Daniel did a great job and was a pleasure to work with.

Great property. Close to all beaches and nightlife. Lots of restaurants around. We will go again…

This stay was beautiful and had everything my friends and I needed. When we had general questions or needed assistance with minor issues, Daniel immediately took care of the issue. Daniel was very communicative and we couldn’t have asked for a better host.

This home, Casa MIA, on Bakval in Noord, was beautifully decorated, comfortable, welcoming, and most of all, pristinely clean. The property manager was easy to communicate with and the host, Daniel, was so kind and patient with us. We did not read the house information very carefully and when we had to contact him about a minor issue, he showed up promptly without making us feel like we imposed upon him (even though we fixed the issue before he arrived after reading the house notes more carefully). While for some, it may be only a 5-minute walk to the beach/high rise area, but for us it was too hot to walk as far as it actually is to that area and would have been more like a 15-20 minute walk. We took taxis everywhere except for the local market which was about a 10 minute walk. Everything in the home, from the air fryer to the toaster to the stove top and oven worked perfectly but the ice maker and water dispenser in the refrigerator do not work (no problem for us, there are ice trays in the top shelf of the freezer) and the air conditioning unit makes some noise that took me a little while to get used to. The rest of our party said it sounded like white noise to them. There is no dishwasher in the house but that was no problem for us. Overall this was a great first experience with a VRBO in Aruba and I would most definitely rent from the Marin family again.

Overall, the property is gorgeous--feels like it's just been renovated. Location is close to everything. The things that were a surprise were--the air conditioning wasn't as cold as we would have liked, particularly in the master bedroom and bathroom. The rest of the house was fine. The next door house has chickens and a couple of roosters in the yard. They didn't disturb us but it was just unexpected. There was also a yellow dog that liked to sleep on the porch. The dog was perfectly behaved but if you had any fear of dogs, it would just be good to know. The house and the process were all great. Communication in particular was fabulous.

The location and sized of the home were perfect. They had everything we needed to go to the beach. Beautiful set up.

My family truly enjoyed the property and our first time In Aruba!!! Daniel was extremely kind and attentive to our needs and we can’t wait to visit again . I agree with the statement one happy Island💗🥰!!!!

Close to all of the action - quiet, clean, comfortable, and brand new. As a family of four, we had a great experience and will definitely book with this group again when we go back to Aruba!
