Great deal for a spacious clean room with great service! Breakfast was great and had something for every one including my non-dairy kid! They had oat milk readily available at no additional charge. 10/10 would stay here again!

This was a well-run, clean hotel with friendly staff and a decent breakfast (which is included in the stay). I used the fitness room both days I was there; they have a nice assortment of machines and weights. I would stay here again.

We were not a fan of the layout with the bathroom, it's see through sliding door and lack of counter space.
It is Impossible.... to have someone in the bathroom without flooding the bedroom with light. Not Possible - and a Very Big Negative for us.

Great place to stay before heading to Crater Lake. New property, comfortable room and amenities and breakfast one would expect. The only thing I noticed missing was in-room safe. Overall would stay again if visiting the area.

Loved the modern rooms. Their use of space is key. The desk separates the room and it feels like two different rooms. The door to the bathroom is a pocket door and gives more room. The shower is roomy and can fit more than one person. At a time. The water was hot! And the pressure helped our sore muscles. The window treatment blocked all light. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was very good. It was quiet..

This hotel is near our airport and I used Park and fly to leave my car. Upon return, I stayed overnight in a beautiful, new, luxurious room! Hotel is obviously new and very well done! The room layout would be very conducive to a couple—workspace handy and sofa lovely. My only somewhat negative observation is a lack of microwave and refrigerator. These would make this room perfect!

I stayed at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Medford Airport and am deeply disappointed with their lack of professionalism in handling an issue that arose during my stay. After checking out, I discovered significant damage to my car. I immediately reported the damage to the hotel and requested assistance. I was informed that they would check the security cameras, but I have not received any response or help from hotel management for a month. I am now facing an unexpected expense of $800 for car repairs, which is distressing and has left me feeling frustrated. Please avoid this hotel at all costs unless you want a nightmare experience!!!

This property appears to be brand new. It is just a few minutes from the airport by shuttle. The exercise room is very well equipped with a variety of machines, weights, kettle balls, yoga mats, etc. Staff is courteous. Breakfast offerings are the usual fare; the coffee is good.

The property was nice. It was clean, the staff was pleasant, it was right next to the airport, and the daily breakfast was excellent! What I did not appreciate was that there was no safe in the room or at the hotel desk, no lock on the bathroom door, and the air conditioner was too close to one of the beds, making it uncomfortable for sleeping!
