Excellent stay, clear indications to find the place, easy and smooth check-in despite arriving relatively late. Wonderful view from the studio, as per the pictures. Quiet atmosphere with friendly cats chilling in the garden. Easy to park in the property Spotless studio with everything you need to facilitate your stay there, cook by yourself, etc. Marvelous team (Alexia and her parents!) handling the property. The beach is very close (walking distance if you'd like), supermarket close by and several options/place to eat some minutes driving. Loved the area, several hiking options in the surroundings.

Nothing bad to mention about White House! The area (Polis in general) must be busy during the warmer months / during the summer. Several places seems to open only during a part of the year however, this was not an issue for us since we were after some quiet and peaceful time.

Третий год в этом доме и первый раз в этой квартире. Это очень красивое и идеальное место для отдыха. Дом находится на некотором отдалении от других зданий, поэтому здесь тихо и спокойно. Вид из окон потрясающий! С одной стороны горы, с другой море. В квартире есть абсолютно все, чтобы чувствовать себя как дома. Кухня оборудована холодильником, плитой, духовкой и даже стиральной машиной. Есть посуда, тостер, чайник, столовые приборы. Спальное место очень уютное, комфортное. Подушки удобные, матрас тоже. Рядом с кроватью мягкий диван и журнальный столик. Телевизор с Нетфликсом. На окнах установлены москитные сетки. Что важно - есть кондиционер, шторы блэкаут. Но мне было вполне достаточно вентиляторов на потолке. Вайфай отличный, работал без перебоев. На балконе есть столик, два стульчика, сушилка для белья. С водоснабжением тоже никаких проблем. До моря пару минут пешком. Пляж - песок, но в море лучше заходить в акватапках, там камушки. Небольшой магазинчик в пятнадцати минутах ходьбы от дома. Супермаркет - в двух километрах. Хозяйка квартиры Алексиа очень любезна, постоянно на связи, если что-то нужно. Моя особая сердечная благодарность хозяйке дома Марии! Она удивительная и очень приветливая женщина! Всегда готова прийти на помощь. Алексиа и Мария, спасибо вам большое за гостеприимство! С удовольствием приеду еще!

Sehr gute ruhige Lage,Appartement gut aus gestattet,es ist alles vorhanden um zu Kochen.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Location is ideal, just a few minutes walk away from the beach. The studio is very big, comfortable equipped with everything you may require. Very kind and caring host. Nice people, ready to help anytime you need them. Thanks for a great place to stay at. We would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends & family🤗😁

It would of been nice if there was a swimming pool as well , for those moments when you want a dip during the golden hour. Also my hubby has a thing about watching TV before sleeping . So a unit would of come in useful. Otherwise more than excellent accommodation

Great location - just a short walk to the beach (5mins). You can easily walk along the promenade at the beach to the campsite beach bar for cheap drinks! Also only a 25/30 minute walk to the beautiful village of Latchi. We had a car so everything was easily accessible! The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. Very peaceful area - not touristy at all. Lovely neighbours, very friendly. If you like cats, this is a great place for you!!

The facilities could do with an update. The shower head wasn’t great and there was some damage to the ceiling. But these things are small and don’t affect your stay!
