The house was lovely. Fantastic location, near the beach.

It was spacious for a big group. Lovely big bedrooms.

The couch broke when we sat on it. The iron was uneven and broken. A few more single beds would have been good as it was mainly bridesmaids getting ready for a wedding. Not enough mirrors, but I read that on another review so we brought our own. I left one there for you. More cups/mugs would be good.

needs maintenance - lots of small defects and property not that clean - eg had to clean up dog droppings, shower hose is split, toilet is in cupboard sized room and holder broken, had to buy remote batteries and set up smart TV etc

The place was not clean. the toilet and bathroom were especially bad. the walls of the toilet looked as if they had been sprayed with vomit and not cleaned properly. The bed sheets were stained and overall the standard of cleaning poor. The beds and mattresses look like they could have been picked up from the side of the road, very old, not comfortable and no headboard or comfortable pillows. Blinds not hung well and very stained in one room. lamps did not work in two of the rooms and the TV remote (only way to control the tv) went flat. Overall shabby feel to the place.

heaters worked well as it was cold when we arrived but the house heated up quickly
