Ghetto too much for what it is

The room was good enough but the area it is located is a very unsafe area. Looked to be some kind of spots in the rug in my room

False advertisement. Theres no continental breakfast or fitness facility.

There was crumbs on the floor and in one bed, and no phone in the room.

There was no house keeping all 3 days, we cleaned the rooms and they wouldnt givr me half my damage back because apparently the room was too dirty and would have to take out of service for q day losing the company money, but we gathered all the garbage and recycling and plaves them in a vertain areas and even removed the bedding and towels and piled them in a pil for easy clean up for housekeeping. I kept having to go down the the front desk to ask for xups and coffee and towels. Also some random guy came opened my door and scared my kids.was very undmsafe.

The air conditioner was broken.

It was a good stay.

Awful location. The outside is filthy. We checked in and were given a room that was occupied. The building was full of intoxicated people. And we just felt uncomfortable being there.

Good service and excellent hotel room

Nice downtown location. Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Nice and clean room. Hotel restaurant was excellent. Would stay there again if ever in Prince Albert again.

The location is good near the mall - walkable. The motel needs renovations - things in my room were broken and they tried to fix as much as they could. The air conditioner did not cool off the room so we left after the 1st night. Staff were super friendly - problems with refunds and returning damage deposit but a week later got it all straightened out. It would also be great if they opened the swimming pool as they have a nice deep swimming pool. Make sure you park where the cameras are as my alarm on my truck went on when I had taken up my stuff to the room - so I parked near the cameras.

The staff was friendly and efficient and the room was clean, comfortable bed, quiet, got a good sleep. Cons, we stayed in an old wing, the hallways are extremely narrow, the rugs definitely need replacement or a real good cleaning, apparently the newer wing is better. All in all not the quality property we have become accustomed to at our many many stays at Wyndham properties. The property outside is dirty, weeds and not maintained beside the back lobby entrance, people smoking right by the door, security guards patrolling, undesirables hanging around outside, one sleeping behind some shrubs when we came back in at night, feels unsafe outside. Had to wait for quite some time at checkin behind what looked like a call girl, then a woman apparently stoned on a substance of some kind. Definitely not a good first impression and we would have cancelled our reservation and gone elsewhere except for the policy of having to pay for one night.

Did not get the room that was booked. Room provided was best described as a "broom closet" that should not be used. If a 12" by 12' pole in the middle of the bathroom is for you, then this is the place. Expedia should be cutting their use to this hotel.

There was access to wifi but the codes that front desk provided were not working So i used my own data while there. The mattress cover was stained only notice this on the last day as I stripped the bedding, it was dusty in the room, when you put the heat on it was either way to hot or cold theres no in between. The fitness room was just a storage room. Theres stains on the carpet a big red blob i will not be booking here again.

We were not able to check into our hotel until after 5:30pm and even then it was slow. Busy or not, this was unacceptable for a $200, less than quality hotel room.

Stale cigarette smoke everywhere. I didn’t even take my room. I just got another hotel. Asked for a refund and was refused.

This hotel is terrible. First of all they gave us a room that was not ready, filthy and had blood smeared everywhere in the toilet. The beds were not made, you could see a guest had just checked out as we came in. Bed was smelly, pillows were barely there. The sofa in the living area was very dirty. Windows were horribly dirty. This hotel can make someone get sick. Thankfully we spent one night and didn’t even shower before running out the next day. The wallpapers are falling apart. They need a total overhaul. Horrible indeed. There were holes on the walls and blood stains everywhere. There was a lot I saw from 11pm I got there till I left this morning. I was too scared to sleep. The doors did not shut properly.

Terrible place to stay at… so ghetto. Rooms don’t have sound proofing, you can hear everything from the hallway. Doors don’t lock properly, couldn’t sleep all night thinking someone would break in to the room. Kept hearing noises throughout the night from people in the hallway and from room next door. Really really ghetto vibe. Uncomfortable matress. No blanket in this cold weather. Heating wouldn’t work either!! What a terrible experience.

AC not working TV not working They gave us a discount for the AC but had to find out what was wrong with the TV my seft,

I liked that there was a pool but very much disliked that there was no restaurant.

Checking in guy was pretty nice room was ok a bit smell old room. Bathtub was gross we didnt even try to shower

Decent. But cable was out.

Had trouble getting into my room due to a key malfunction. But other than that the stay was alright.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The pool water was warm. Walking distance to the mall. Nice continental breakfast. Only downfall is the bathrooms need work on the tubs. They have a note saying that they were worked on but need to be redone because it wasn't down properly. Nice and quiet location.

We had no complaints, everything was great. Breakfast was really good. Overall very satisfied

The rate includes breakfast, but i would not call that breakfast. Room was clean, bed qas good.
