Beautiful place and location. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. So close to Brownwood square and not far from Everglades rec center. We were on the golf cart every day and also enjoyed the family pool around the corner. Property owners were super nice and helpful. Easy to get a hold of. Would highly recommend. Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Felt very at home there. Nice comfortable couch. Loved the Yamaha Quiet Tech even though we didn't drive it very far. Was nice and quiet. Queen matress was great. King a bit uncomfortable. Overall a great stay, would rent the property again.

This was our first time visiting the villages and after spending a month here and checking other areas we found this property to be an excellent value and location. Everything was new and comfortable,well stocked with quality beds ,linens,towels and kitchen utensils. The golf cart was included which we found out was a huge bonus. Host was very pleasant and responsive.

It was great!!! Very clean, well maintained. It was very relaxing! The home was extremely comfortable and very close to Brownwood, our favorite town square. People in the neighborhood were very friendly and always willing to help with directions and suggestions. I recommend this Villa with all the amenities you need to stay vs a hotel. I want to thank you for your hospitality. Thank you and hope to stay again.

This was my first VRBO experience, & it was so easy to signup & use — kudos to your reservation process! Everything was great (price, house & location). Only 2 recommendations for owners to inform future lessee’s:
1) For those of us who don’t stream TV the local Orlando affiliates were finally found on YouTube TV. Was able to watch sporting events live at the house instead of a bar.
2) Golfers need to be informed of a $50 “member ID” to golf any courses on The Villages.
Hope owners add these notes & thought our stay was respectful to their house & neighbors.

This is a very new home. The layout is perfect for 2 people. All appliances are new and top quality. The beds and furnishings are top notch. This is a nice corner lot with a screened in front porch. Great place to drink your morning coffee. We really enjoyed the new Golf cart which gets you up town at Paddock square in minutes. A great stay, you won’t be disappointed.

Home appeared to be brand new and very clean. Most everything needed was included. Location was great, about mid point between southern most musical/restaurant/shopping gathering areas. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Villages and be close to most of the activities.

The property is brand new. Very clean. Comfy bed and close to Brownwood. Two recreation centers nearby. Nice to have the use of a golf cart. Enjoyed our stay very much.
