Appartamentino piccolo ma tipico di zona. Finestra sopra il letto molto carina. Staff cordiale. Cucina ben rifornita. Parcheggio libero sulla strada.

Posizione un po fuori dal centro. Difficoltà nel salire con le valigie (scala a chiocciola molto stretta). Non adatto a persone anziane. Letto rotto ( lo staff ha accettato di rimborsarci il 25 % della camera) ma abbiamo comunque dormito scomodi.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es gibt eine Klimaanlage und auch sonst gab es alles was man braucht. Man kann gut in unmittelbarer Nähe parken und ist schnell in der Stadt.

Das Bett kann man nicht als Bett bezeichnen. Jeder über 30 kg wird auf dem Lattenrost liegen. An der Seite schauen Spitzen von Schrauben raus. Verletzungsgefahr! Die Wohnungstür lässt sich von innen nur mit einem Schlüssel öffnen. Brandschutztechnisch sehr fragwürdig.

There was not much which disappointed me. However, if I have to add something, there could have been a second warm blanket for in the winter months. For the rest I am satisfied with the studio and we had a good stay.

Beim Balkon handelt es sich um ein Balkonfenster Beim Bett könnte man mal über eine nicht-quietschende Verbesserung nachdenken Auch die Heizkörper könnten mal geprüft werden, so wirklich heiß sind sie nicht geworden

조용한 주택가라 정말 조용하고 아늑했어요 조리도구도 종류별로 다 있고 전자렌지, 티, 커피, 조미료 등 없는게 없었어요. 온수도 잘나오고요. 호스트도 굉장히 친절해요.

시내에서 멀다는 점. 거리는 가까울지 몰라도 대중교통으로 두번 환승해서 와야해요. 한번에 기차역 갈 수가 없어서 캐리어 있어서 좀 힘들었어요. 참 그리고 차고지에 열쇠찾는건 쉬웠는데 정작 집을 못찾았어요. 28 이라고 적혀있는 집으로 가야했어요. 그리고 방이너무 추워서 이불을 두개 덮고 잤어요. 아무리 난방을 올려도 한기가 느껴졌어요. 패딩을 입고 자야만 했어요. 그리고 후기대로 매트리스가 너무 흔들렸어요.

I really want to thank Janis. The house is exactly the same with the pics even more beautiful. House is very close to the bahn train stop. Its a bit outside the city but i loved the house because of this. The neighborhood is very safe and calm. You can really enjoy your stay here.

The only negative thing about the house is the bed. Its a bit shaking when you move a little. Not uncomfortable but if you are planning to stay more then 5 days maybe it can be.

Janis is a great host, he provided us with everything we need. Great communication! He has a very helpful guide for the place and also for Nuremberg. The apartment had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Clean and cozyWe cooked at home and had every kitchenware we needed. The apartment was very comfortable.

Only the refrigerator, it froze our tomatoes :)

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood,a huge park, a river and a small lake within walking distance. Between two long days of driving we could go for a run and did yoga by the river. The flat was perfect for the one night stay we needed it. Clean, tidy with USB chargers to charge your mobile phones. Lovely touch to have ground coffee and a selection of tea.

The steep stairs were awkward to navigate with suitcases. It would also be useful to have the option for more privacy (perhaps put blinds on, like on the rest of the windows) in the bathroom.
