Eight of us enjoyed 4 night here while celebrating my brother’s wedding. All of the necessities are within a few blocks of the home. The neighborhood is quiet. We were 10 minutes from downtown Schenectady.

Perfect location! Easy self entry. Loved the area and the home was all we needed. Beds were very comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

Nice home and comfortable stay. Did get a little warm upstairs. Upstairs bathroom shower water pressure not the greatest. House is very nicely decorated and updated.

Graduated as an RN and my mom got to watch me walk the stage. Went to NYC- saw Statue of Liberty, walked around Time Square, went to 9/11 Memorial.

We were in town for bday party for nephew. Great location for us. House has potential but was not happy with communication from host. We asked for earlier ck in and she couldn’t accommodate. I completely get that but texted to say they were still cleaning and rental wouldn’t be ready till 4-5. We had plans so in the end it didn’t effect us. The house was pitch black on arrival after letting her know we would arrive after dark. I thanked her for our stay and no feedback. Porch was filthy and husband had to sweep and clean so we could sit. There was no laundry detergent as stated in listing. Upstairs much warmer than downstairs and it was a hot weekend! Again it’s the small details that I worry when I rent and communication was a flag for me. If these concerns are addressed it would be a great listing! It’s probably our 8th rental and this is the first that communication didn’t go as planned!

We were looking for a place to say following an event at SPAC and the place worked out perfectly. Quaint home with plenty of room. Quiet neighborhood with a grocery store within walking distance. Convenient to downtown Schenectady. Cleaning staff was very fun to hang out with.
