Found mouse droppings on desk in room- was told that wasn't what it was, that ask rings are cleaned daily. Manager did come remove & sanitize desk-also asked if we preferred a different room but declined that
Kids hockey team there during stay- kids were running through halls all hours of night, lobby was full of kids upon return of outing-breakfast area extremely loud & messy at 8am due to number of kids there at that time

We stayed as a family of 4 at the hotel.
The room was nice and quite spacious for us.
The hotel services are quite basic.
The breakfast is very basic and served in disposable dishes.
There is a parking lot next to the hotel, but it is very dark.

We were welcomed by a lovely, efficient woman at the desk who made check in quick and informative. Our room was spacious and clean. Very quiet. Don't be dismayed that the hotel abuts a busy mini shopping center parking lot. We heard no noise from street or parking lot. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed one night while visiting nearby college. Property is in excellent condition. Our room was clean and comfortable, staff was helpful and pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was standard but well-stocked and dining area kept very clean. A good value overall.

The friendliness of staff was nice. Breakfast was very good! Only thing that drops it a point, the room could have been a little more clean. Toilet usually takes at least 2 flushes to flush everything.

This was our third stay at this Comfort Inn. We had a couple issues.
The Google Chromecast did not work on the TV in our room and though we were promised twice that the supervisor would be up to our room to assist, no one came. Not a deal breaker but when you're traveling with a teen for 5 nights it is almost imperative.
Our second issue was with the a/c. The room was either an ice box with the a/c blowing directly on you or it was damp. There was no sweet spot. It just needed a dehumidifier option to make it feel more comfortable.
Otherwise it's a pleasant enough place and convenient for us. We will still stay here since it's the only option near family.

We have a Comfort Inn one town over from us and I wrote it off as a nothing hotel. I was wrong. My family had a very pleasant one night stay at this chain and we will not hesitate to book again. No complaints!

Was a nice room with friendly staff. May not be an issue for some but our entire floor and room smelled of various types of smoke. Other than that, we had no issues with our stay.

Everything was great. My only complaint was the bed was soooo hard! I would definitely stay again but I'll bring mattress pad lol
