Everything. Not for me. A great cheap stay if you don't mind one toilet and shower between 7 bedrooms. Really this is nothing like a hotel. It is ideally suited to contractors working away from home looking for a cheap stay. Carpets dirty and torn throughout. Parking is public on street overnight only. Finally, not the hotel's fault, but this is located in Acocks Green which is technically Birmingham. The restaurants are very limited.

A good location, clean rooms that were very comfortable. A minimal kitchen and outdoor seating area but did the trick! Very nice and big shower!
The wifi didn’t work on the bottom floor in the kitchen.

No sound proofing, banging doors, there was a group of 10 men having a social in the house all night and made it very uncomfortable for my partner. Struggled to sleep due to noise and the bathrooms were not kept clean.

It was a beautiful property, nicely renovated the bedrooms are very spacious. We did think it would be strange staying in a shared air bnb but all the other guests were absolutely great and considerate. Would definitely stay there again
The shower downstairs was cold but it wasn’t too much of an issue as the one upstairs was fine.

The property was really clean and exactly what I expected. We had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended. Easy location to get to. Right near shops, buses and train station.

Miss ready it was a communal house BUT it was quite, clean and probably better than a few other places we had stayed! Close to a lot of amenities, parking available and in a quiet neighbourhood. Room was lovely and clean along with the kitchen, bathroom and outside area. Communication was great and clear.

Ideal location, property management very helpful. Deposit returned fast and facilities were as expected.
Not the property owners fault, but other guests staying at the time were unpleasant. Would not effect my decision to stay again!

The accommodation provided everything I needed for my stay. The staff communicated very well and I had no issues at all with any of the amenities. The room I booked was very comfortable. I would definitely book with SHM Stays again and would highly recommend them to others.

All good would at some replace the key boxes with white plastic with black numbers to avoid glare

The bedroom was lovely, cosy and well decorated.
The kitchen wasn't great, but I didn't really spend any time in there. I could also hear all of the other people staying there, especially when they we're in the kitchen.
