We (my wife and I) lived in the house for a couple of nights in late March. The house was located in a private road secured by a gate. The area was close to the promenade and was very pleasant. The house was equipped to a reasonably high standard and it was clean and comfortable.. There was a pleasant small patio in the front where we would have breakfast.

There were a few little details that detracted from giving this property a 10. There was no washing up liquid for cleaning dishes. There were plenty of mugs for drinking tea but only a few were not chipped. There was an old fashioned kettle which had seen better days. These are small but important points.

the hot water didn’t last very long

Great space upstairs, very large bedrooms and loads of storage. Small lounge and separate kitchen. Separate toilet downstairs . It was a three minute walk to the sea front and then about 12 minutes walk along the beautiful sea front to the Marina .

Although there was a small front garden with a terrace, this was not a private area to sit outside. Other houses had increased the height of the garden walls to make it a private area.The microwave in the kitchen was impossible for a short person (me) to safely use as it was up high and in a corner, and there was no kettle.

Excellent place for my short stay. Good location.

House was everything you need on holiday and the location was great

We were not contacted about pick up for keys, had to contact them. we were a little early for check in but didn't actually see the host it was the cleaner who gave us the keys and then went, no showing round. when we came to leave had to contact host again to find out about leaving keys, she turned up after my taxi had arrived, was all a bit stressful and not very helpful
