Great location, nice and clean apartment.

The listing indicates that there is reception/ luggage services but there is not.

The Apartment overlooks the North Cottesloe Surf Lifesaving Club and the beach there, and has good kitchen facilities and extras such as condiments, cooking oil, coffee pods, milk etc. The bedrooms are at the rear of the property, as is the bathroom. There is a small balcony and lounge/dining table. The linen was of a good standard, and the hostess was very communicative and helpful. We liked the area - easy to get to many places in Perth and Freemantle.

The complex in which the apartment is located is older and in need of a refresh. Steps to the door of the apartment need to be negotiated with a little care. There is tight parking for a SUV, although we managed. The kitchen has been refurbished, but the bathroom is older and less inviting. Cottesloe is a trendy beach location; we felt that the unit was slightly overpriced, but others may be prepared to pay for the location - so that is personal preference.
