We loved our stay at this home. It was on a dead end street in a quaint, well kept, quiet, update neighborhood. It was clean! The whole house was perfect. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Modern kitchen that was well stocked. Beautiful private pool. We had Mayo Clinic appointment and this couldn’t have been located better. On the city lines between Jacksonville Beach and Ponta Vedra. It was just blocks from the beach and very close to the 202. Mayo was just off 202 about 8 mins away. I would highly recommend this rental. Very good communication with owners too.

We had a great stay at the sunshine cottage. The location was perfect for us, the neighborhood was quite and in a safe location. Very close to the Publix, skate park/ play ground. We rode our bikes to the beach down 37th several times. There is minimal on street parking here. We also Drove 15 min to Jax beach and Neptune beach.
The home was clean and well stocked with kitchen items for cooking, we made many meals here. The beds were comfortable and had spare bedding and towels available. We really appreciated the spare household products.
We really enjoyed the pool, the water was warm and clean. The hosts were readily available if needed.
I would bring pool toys and beach chairs/ umbrella if you are traveling with kids.
Overall a wonderful stay! Would return!

We loved our stay! The house was the perfect size for us and close to shops, restaurants, etc. The pool was awesome since it was heated which we really appreciated! Beds and pillows were so comfortable that we checked the brand so we can buy the same kind in the future. Overall excellent rental

Very nice set-up. House is much bigger than expected, especially when you pull up into the driveway, Lol. Spacious rooms and a beautiful backyard. Our familys only complaint was they wiahed we stayed longer. Thank you for all your help Coco!

Our family is actually local to Jacksonville but our AC went out so we decided to make the best of it! We stayed for 5 nights and it was perfect. House was super clean, beds were comfy and all rooms included a smart tv so you can stream all your favorite shows! The pool was perfect, we ate dinner outside most nights! Great location just minutes from the beach and great dining! Definitely a perfect house for large families!

Property well taken care of and as pictured. Very clean. Host very responsive. Neighborhood was quiet and convenient location. Would definitely stay again if needed (friends live close by so stayed here to be in walking distance with infant etc). Beach definitely walkable/rideable if desired!

Was there for a doctors appt and made it a long weekend with family. The home was exactly as it is on the website. Very dog friendly, with a fenced backyard. Check-in process was super easy. The home is super clean. Will definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful experience! Great communication with the owners. Had a few hiccups but all were taken care of pomptly. Pool was amazing! Great location, it is easy to get to A1a. Lots of great local dining. When we book our next trip to Jax Beach, we will definitely book here again!

Kitchen poorly stocked with spices and utensils. Quick response from manager to get a spatula and grill brush. 1 day supply of body wash and shampoo provided.
The neighbors near the home is my biggest complaint. A lawn company was partially blocking our driveway and trash can. My husband politely asked the neighbor whose vehicle it was and if they could move it. The neighbor got defensive about it and she asked the company to move it. The next day another neighbor came up to my son asking if the house was a rental or VRBO, and who was staying there. She brought up the previous interaction with the vehicle blocking the driveway. She was very nosy and inebriated. My husband had to again politely explain the situation to her.
If they don’t like that there is a vacation rental in their neighborhood then they should bring that up with the homeowners association. I would not stay there again because of the neighbors.

Very clean, easy access to highways, beaches, Mayo, grocery stores, and restaurants. Communication with host was great. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are very nice. We only stayed a few days for appointments at Mayo so didn’t get to enjoy the pool but was nice size and nice patio furniture. Games in the garage so plenty to do for families and on rainy days. Would recommend to anyone.
