Our family loved everything about staying in Stacy’s condo! We felt completely at home- the beds were comfortable, the living room and dining nook were cozy and inviting. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was equipped with just the right pots and pans, spices, serving utensils, paper towels and a wonderful oven. And the welcome basket she left for us was so nice! We love the location of this Dunescape unit and hope to be back soon!! Thank you Stacy!

Fantastic VRBO at Atlantic Beach. Stacy was so easy to contact, and very open and great communication. The apartment is beautifully decorated, beachfront with amazing views on two sides, and with a fully stocked kitchen with every utensil and spice you need. On top of that, a welcoming basket of treats greeted us! Great place!!

photos of unit and closeness to ocean were great. However
what wasn't disclosed was black mold in kitchen, dining area and over doorway to bedrooms, plus on-air conditioner vent in bedroom. Water leak from upstairs unit dripping onto kitchen counter under cabinet full of dishes. Infestation of sugar ants in kitchen. We have never encountered any of these problems ever while vacationing. I called Stacy on Sunday the 4th of Aug. and the only thing addressed was a man came to spray the unit to kill the ants (didn't make any difference). Oh, we only had 1 teaspoon. I have asthma so the black mold could have made me really sick. I called Stacy on the 6th telling her we were leaving early because of the storm and possible flooding, asked her for compensation for reduced vacation time. She said she would talk to her husband and get back to me the next day. I have called her and left messages twice more and no response. Visible on the kitchen ceiling is a coat of paint trying to conceal the problem. So, this isn't and new problem, just one that hasn't been delt with! I would not recommend staying there.

My family and I have been staying at Dunescape Villas for 5 years. This is leaps and bounds the best condo we’ve experienced. High quality appliances, bedding, towels, and furniture. The location to the beach and pool was also perfect.

We had a wonderful time at this condo and will certainly concider our vacation here next year. The view was beautiful, and access to the beach and pool were so close, perfect for our 5 and 2 year old.
There were 4 adults and two kids, it was a little tight with 6 people but we all get along well so it worked.
The host was responsive and there were no issues.
Everything was clean, and plenty if supplies in the kitchen.
We had the best vacation, thank you!

Everything was as described in the listing but the pictures just don’t do it justice as the views were even better. The angle of the complex gives the condo a great view from both glass patio windows and from the side window.
Room appointments and amenities including the newer appliances were first class.
Communications with the manager were clear and timely- we will be back!

Wonderful place to stay for the perfect summer vacation. Beautifully decorated, clean and all the comforts of home plus many extras. Fantastic ocean views, right next to the beach access and pool. I will definitely book this again for next summer. This was our first time using Vrbo, the whole process from start to finish was so smooth and easy, the emails I received from the owner explained everything we needed to know. Already looking forward to our stay next summer!

This was a short get a way long weekend trip. The condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean, tastefully decorated and good size. We had a slight hiccup with the parking passes. However, the host was quick to respond and rectified the situation immediately. The location was fantastic.
I don’t want to gush too much; for fear everyone will want to rent this unit and it will be unavailable when we want to return again.

I can't say enough good things about this trip and this beautiful condo. The owners were great with communicating every detail beforehand and answering promptly with any questions we had during our stay. The thoughtful snacks and suggestions upon check-in were such a cherry on top to the beautiful views out the windows. Listening to ocean waves every night for bed made for the most relaxing week. Perfect vacation and definitely will be back many years to come.

We loved our stay here. The condo was perfect and the view was breath taking. The access to the beach was the easiest we have ever experienced, which was great because we took our 80 year old mom. There was a beautiful gift basket waiting for us and the owners thought of everything they thought we might need. We could not have found a better location. Thank you so much!

This property was beautiful as described in the listing. We enjoyed a lovely stay in clean, comfortable, welcoming accommodations with everything there that we needed. Our niece’s wedding was about 15 minutes away, so the location was perfect. We appreciated the personal touches that the owner provided. The balcony gave us the perfect view of dolphins swimming by in the ocean each morning. We loved this place so much and would enjoy a return trip in the future. Many thanks for a delightful place to stay.

There was everything you could want and then more! Kitchen had all you could need! Oceanfront with huge and abundant windows made it feel like we were right in the beach! Off season meant very little traffic.

The posted pictures don’t lie! The sunrises and sunsets were just beautiful! Add to that a very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated home. Our family of 6 (2 parents, 3 teens, 1 child) was comfortable and while we spent most of our time on the beach, appreciated having games and TV as well as porch space to spread out and stay busy! Thanks for a great family vacation in your gorgeous home!

This property was exactly as pictured and the location was right on the beach. The check-in process and communication were very detailed and thorough. We were pleasantly surprised with a welcome basket and a note to make us feel at home, and there are so many little things, extra touches to ensure our stay was comfortable. Great location, close to shopping, It had ample room for 5 adults. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Loved the coffee station and mini frig in the hallway. Beautifully decorated. Stacy was very responsive in letting us know about conditions since there was a hurricane days before us arriving.

This property is exactly as pictured. It was immaculate, well-stocked. It seemed as if Stacy anticipated everything her guests would need to make them feel right at home. Her communication and attention to detail were excellent. My husband and I stayed during a chilly time, so we appreciated the cozy decor, warm throws, and Netflix! :) If that's not enough, the views are spectacular. We definitely plan on coming back.

We spent Thanksgiving week here and had such an amazing time. The beach was mostly vacant the first part of the week and we felt like we had our own private beach access. The house had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal including some spices and oils that we needed. The beds were so soft and cozy. We felt safe here. The window seat was our favorite place to sit. Dolphins made appearances a few nights during our dinner, so we had dinner in a show from the dinning room table. Can't say enough great things about this condo. Well worth the cost for the memories we made there.

Beautiful views of the ocean from the property. The condo was very nice met all of our needs.The beach was great the ocean water was warm and nice and clear. Ophelia was the only negative for our stay. I would recommend the area for a great vacation.

This property was in a perfect location to the beach with outside showers. The condo itself was well suited for an 'end of summer vacation. We very much enjoyed the balconies and mostly the nook overlooking the beach too ! The rooms were cozy and quaint but perfect for just sleeping after a sun baked day on the beautiful beach here. We had a great family vacation . Thank you Stacy for the gift basket and all the goodies to start our stay off with a bang.

This condo could not be more perfect for my little family of 4. The view is incredible and boardwalk to the beach is right beside the stairs that are close to the room. The pool is right around the corner. I love the closet full of beach chairs/toys being right there before you walk out to the beach. The condo was very clean. We had a little trouble with our air conditioning but the owner jumped on it and got someone out there to look at it as soon as possible. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!
