Lo que más me gustó fue el diseño interno del hotel y también muy importante el personal y el orden.
Y por último la buena ubicación.
Que haya saltado la alarma de fuego a las 6 am, pero se solucionó rápido, así que no fue tanta molestia;)

Bien placé près du métro, bien décoré, chambre spacieuse et petit dej très correct. J’ai adoré qu’ils avaient du pain sans gluten, petite touche qui a tout changé pour moi au petit dej. Personnel du petit dej très sympas aussi.
Si le prix n’augmente pas, c’est un bon rapport qualité-prix. J’ai du payer 85€ la nuit, c’est très correct.
Je reviendrais dans quelques mois ☺️
La propreté n’était pas à 100%. Toilettes pas très propres et des poils dans le lit… cela dit chaque jour je rentrais et la chambre avait été très bien rangée, rien à dire pour la recouche ! Au top.
Petit bémol, la fenêtre de ma chambre au rez-de-chaussée donnait sur le jardin/terrasse. Je ne pouvais pas ouvrir mes rideaux du coup car aucune intimité. Un soir il y avait un DJ (heureusement à 22h c’était terminé) mais les enceintes du jardin faisaient que j’entendais un peu trop dans ma chambre alors que j’avais absolument besoin de calme pour réviser des examens. Rien de très envahissant cependant.
Dernier tout petit point, on m’a pas remis du café dans la chambre pour le 3eme matin. Un oubli peut-être.
Je pense que l’hôtel mérite tout de même un 9 sur 10

Tout le monde sans exception est agréable et surtout continuez à ne pas mettre le wifi, trop de gens sur leur écrans.

The place is very modern and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. Great location for Stade De France. Very friendly reception staff.
I really must comment on the breakfast- when properly stocked it’s a perfectly nice choice. However, on Saturday morning none of the tables had been cleared so it was difficult to find somewhere to sit. Then on Sunday morning they were very busy and there was literally nothing to eat! Despite complaining several times, it took absolutely ages for more food to appear and the staff were not so polite. It’s a fairly expensive hotel and I did find this to be unacceptable.

We stayed here for our first trip to Paris as it was a much better deal at the time than most. Its located on the outskirts of Paris but since Metro is directly across the street it just meant that we had a 20 minute trip to central Paris each day. Which was fine.
The neighborhood is a kind of working class area with inexpensive cafes and take out nearby. We found it super convenient for breakfast, nearby laundry, etc. Always felt safe there although a few rough types on the streets. We really enjoyed the budget cafes and restaurants as opposed to the touristy and expensive restaurants in a more ritzy neighborhood.
So the whole experience was great there and we'll be back!
We were not impressed with the breakfast. My recollection is that it was expensive and very limited. But right down the street was a great pub that was open for breakfast. So we only tried the hotel breakfast once.

Well designed and very new.
Service was below expectations. Not sure I had the wrong expectations as room fare was 300+ euro a night, but in the morning at breakfast most of the tables were not taken care of - full of dirty dishes. Rooms were serviced only until 13 or so. A staff member knocked at the door and entered right away without waiting for me to open the door. And there were a couple of other issues which left me somehow underwhelmed.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Everyone that we dealt with were great and nice. New property so the facilities were clean and modern, and the Metro location and underground parking were also great parts of the stay

The facilities were very modern, the bed was very comfortable. Rooms are lovely and quiet. A little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of outside. The wonderful staff were very friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. We can’t thank thank them enough for being so kind to us.
The location isn’t great. Although the hotel is opposite the nearest Metro which is great for getting into the city, there isn’t much else around the hotel. We didn’t feel too safe walking around that area and there were very few cafes, restaurants or shops. We were there over the Easter weekend which meant the kitchen wasn’t open for evening meals which was a little disappointing however the lovely staff were very helpful getting us organised a takeaway delivery to eat in reception.

Very nice hotel and very clean. Also great parking facility when travelling with a bike on the car.
Breakfast could have been a more. Everything was available but when more people arrived croissants and baquette were not available.
