The breeze on the lanai. A pitcher for cold water. The master bed was comfortable.

No comfortable chair to sit in. The one provided by the bookshelf is old and the seat has sunk. There were inappropriate books on the shelf (“How to eat cock”). The can opener doesn’t work. The lanai door doesn’t secure well. Everything was tired, dated and in disrepair inside. The outside grounds were fine.

What I liked best was the extras that we couldn't provide. Such as the extra beach towels, pool toys, fans, and starter supplies. I thought it was super thoughtful. Also that it was easy to get in and out of the complex.

The only thing I didn't like was the cockroach in the kitchen. Only seen once during the stay. I also know that with a warm climate bugs will be an issue.
