Fantastisk beliggenhet. Vakkert sted

Kommunikasjonen mellom oss og de som driver stedet fungerte ikke, så når vi kom visste vi ikke hvilke leilighet vi skulle legge oss inn på. Ordna seg til slutt, men det var ved en tilfeldighet.

Ottima posizione appena fuori Roma, comoda per visitare Frascati, Ariccia per una cena nelle tipiche fraschette.

Il materasso del letto era scomodissimo. Per fortuna c'era anche un divano letto e siamo riusciti a dormire un po meglio. Altra cosa, il portone esterno non chiude completamente la visuale dall'esterno e la porta interna ha 2 vetri che fanno vedere dentro l'appartamento.

La struttura è bellissima. La signora che ci ha accolte disponibile, cordiale e molto gentile, ci siamo soffermate per due chiacchiere con lei. Adorabile. Le camere sono ampie e pulite e perfino il divano letto è uno dei più comodi in cui ho dormito. Dall'atrio si gode di una vista pazzesca su tutta Roma. Prezzo stracciato

Beautiful location, very peaceful, good place to stay with kids.

The courtyard is great

Lole the host, was very courteous, punctual, and easy to get in touch with. The property is very new, just opened in recent months (stayed June-2023), therefore extremely clean and comfortable. With 2 adults and 2 children the large bed and pull out couch were new, clean, and comfortable. Great location with very private setting, approximately 10min drive from downtown Frascati, and in our case very close to friends and family we were visiting during the trip, as well as 7km or 9min drive from the Agnanina metro station stop (if you travel via the Roma Termini train station, using the metro which has a stop right below the train station, is a great way to move in and out of Rome and bypass it's very heavy and slow car traffic).

With a stay in June, Frascati's weather is pleasant and on the warmer side. We were out visiting all day, returned very late at night, with the apartment saying closed all day the internal thermometer registered at 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit), opened all the windows and within a few hours it got more comfortable, down to 25C (77F) with a pleasant breeze. In opening all the windows, we noticed that only the bedroom window had mosquito screens ("zanzariere" in Italian), all the others had the frames in place, just not the screens (guessing: new place, will probably add very shortly). Fortunately didn't get/notice any mosquitoes that night and sleep well. This apartment does not have air-conditioning, which we knew when booking, and it's clear in the property description. In hindsight, we would have left the windows open from the start. Hence, the missing screens and the high temperature are why the comfort and facilities rating is "very good" vs. "excellent."

Excellent all round. Lovely door and great place to stay. If in the area again would stay here again.
