This house has so many amenities and is really centrally located. I was most impressed with how clean, organized, and labeled everything was. All the features and amenities of the house were so easy to use and find! The dock had so many fun things for the kids and adults. We only wished we could have stayed longer! Also the property owner was really easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They thought of everything for this property and even had a book of recommended places to eat and grocery stores. Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. We are so grateful to have found this gem!

We had our annual family gathering and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect house to gather in. Everything was so clean, the beds were comfy and the house was stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your time on the lake. The hosts were very communicative and answered any questions we had promptly. We loved the short, easy walk to the dock. The children (all under 7yo) spent almost all day swimming, playing on the lily pad and with all the water toys provided. The adults fished right from the dock and everyone had fun kayaking and using the paddle boat. I don’t know if we will be able to find a better place to stay the next time we visit the Ozarks. This is the place to beat!

This was by far one of the best places we had stayed in all of the years we have come to Osage Beach. Great space and everything we could have needed was there and then some. I would absolutely recommend this to all my family and friends!

This was the best VRBO rental we have ever had! They thought of everything and we enjoyed every amenity. The house was clean and everything was so organized. We enjoyed using the dock and the extras that were included there for families. We hope to come back next summer. Thanks for making our trip great!

This place was fantastic. Great location with quiet cove for fishing and swimming. Very attentive host. We turned off a switch that cut power to the dock by accident, texted host and 5 minutes later my mistake was corrected. Thats what you want in a host. Would stay again

Absolutely amazing! Everyone in my family had a great time! Andrea is a wonderful host and made us feel right at home! Perfect area for family and fun time! Very clean, beautiful and comforting. If you have kids, they will have a blast! If your a parent, you will have a great time fishing on the deck!

We had a wonderful time during our quick stay. The house was very clean with all the needed amenities and TONS to do for the kids. Games, inside toys, lake toys, kayaks, etc. This place had it all. Andrea was a great host. She had good communication throughout the process and stay and was very accommodating to our needs. Our group would definitely stay here again.

This was our 5th time at Lake of the Ozarks but 1st time at this house. It was the perfect location, well equipped and very clean! I especially loved how they had things labeled so you would know what lights go to what and etc. The owners thought of everything to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable. I highly suggest staying here. We will definitely be back.

This house has everything that you need (and nothing that you don't, as in no clutter)! I have to complement the host on clean, beautiful decor, excellent organization and thoughtfulness! You could tell that every detail was well thought out. The dock had ample life jackets and my kids enjoyed kayaking around the cove and jumping on the lily pad. The downstairs is stocked with family games, golden tee, darts, etc. Great for families with kids. Check in process was easy. We felt all the love and comforts of home!

House and owners were amazing quick response time and easy check in house right on the lake only thing we had trouble for was sitting on the top deck it shocked us when we opened the doors but it was still an awesome place to stay at

The property was perfect! We had plenty of room, everything we needed, as it all was labeled. It was very clean, and cozy.
The driveway description was accurate. It was steep. We did not have a boat, but I wouldn’t have tried to back down it.
It was April, so we weren’t able to get in the water, but the boys still used the kayaks, pedal boat, and fished off the dock in between their fishing tournaments. Also, lots of games for the kids to do downstairs.
We enjoyed sitting on the deck with the beautiful view.
We are actually already planning a summer trip with the family to stay here again!

The house was better than we expected. Weather wasn’t favorable the first couple days, but the games on site were fun to pass the time - especially the Golden Tee!
Enjoyed the quiet cove, and seeing deer right next door! Close drive to restaurants, and also DoorDash available too.
We will definitely book this house again!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful spring break. House was equipped with all the creature comforts. Kids loved the games, golden tee and fishing from the dock. Very peaceful and serene spot in the cove. Fantastic host and wonderful neighbors!

The house was extremely well stocked, clean, and comfortable for us 6 adults and our 3 year old. There was more space than we needed and the separation between upstairs and the downstairs made it great for those late night owls. The quiet cove the house is located in makes it perfect for hanging out in the water and playing with all the water toys they have available. We are definitely coming back!

This house was meticulously clean and beautifully decorated and full of things to do! We enjoyed the view and proximity to the lake and used the lily pad, kayaks, and floaties made available! Our stay at the lake house couldn’t have been better! We would highly recommend this property!

My family/friends and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and this place was wonderful! It had everything we could have asked for! The host was wonderful to work with! They allowed us to check in early and utilize the dock while waiting which was so helpful as we were all traveling from different areas and it allowed us to get together sooner! We had a wonderful trip and we will definitely be back soon! Thanks so much!!

The property was just as described or better. All you needed was your clothes and swim suits! Close proximity to hiking, restaurants and boat rental! Andrea was a pleasure to work with and made the stay very easy. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This house is located in a very quiet cove. The house is very nice and the owners pay attention to every detail. We appreciated the S'mores basket to use at the firepit as well as the well stocked coffee bar. The house was immaculately clean inside and out. We will be back I'm sure.

Very nice clean property has all the amenities. My family and I came for the weekend to get away and couldn't have been happier with our stay! The house is right on the water in a nice little cove. My husband and boys were able to make use of their paddle boat and loved it!

We had an amazing time. It was 10 minute drive to the public boat launch. Cove was quite even witht the big bass bash weekend.

Jason and Andrea were gracious hosts with a beautiful property. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable for our short vacation. Their property is furnished to perfect, making it warm and inviting. We had to all the kitchen goods and appliances, stocked linens in pristine bathrooms, and even laundry and detergent downstairs. We absolutely the loved the deck furniture and even played a few rounds of corn hole. They checked in with us at the beginning of our stay and even followed-up when there were some in-coming storms to make sure we were safe and prepared. It seemed there wasn’t anything they hadn’t thought of to make the property feel like an extension of home. We would love to return for another visit in the future!

So impressed with this property and the owners. The house was amazing and the dock access was all we were hoping for. They provided a paddle boat, yard games, darts, indoor video game, and board games. The ability to be able to walk polite the back door and into the lake is perfect. The dock provides a nice secure and covered area for your boat while staying. If you have the chance to stay here, you will not be sorry!! LOVED IT.
