We had 3 generations staying under one roof and the space was perfect. The house was very clean and well maintained. We spent plenty of time having morning coffee on the front porch looking out to Lake Michigan and by the outdoor table and fire pit in the back patio at night. The NBA Jam arcade in the basement was a huge hit for the kids. The location was an incredibly short walk to South Beach, the park at Kids Corner, and downtown South Haven. The owners are very responsive. 5 stars across the board.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! This beautiful home is a quick walk to the beach and also downtown SoHa. We loved the location. Michael was an awesome host, and the home provided everything we needed. We have been to South Haven several times before, and this was our favorite place by far that we have ever stayed. We will be back!

The host and house are both amazing. Mike is very responsive and helpful. We let him know we appreciated how clean the house was when we checked in. House has lots of space and a great layout for multiple families under one roof. Location could not be better.

This home was exceptional, and perfect for a weekend retreat for 8 adults. Location was amazing, walking distance from the beach shops and restaurants. The home was immaculately clean, spacious, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. And three beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy as well. We absolutely loved our time here.

My friends and I wanted a quick weekend get together and this home was PERFECT! The rooms were perfect for Adult couples and even had space for children who might be traveling with as well. The home had just about everything you could need available. We visited in the winter for this would be even more perfect during the warmer months because it's within walking distance to the beach.

We had a blast sraying at this location. Having a bathroom with every bedroom was a huge plus for us! Our only recommendation would be to add room darkening shades for the bedrooms.

We came to South Haven for a family wedding. It was my husband, grown children and grandchildren. The home was spectacular. Extremely clean, nice linens and towels and a wonderful layout for multiple families. Also, close to the beach and walkable to downtown. We do many VRBO stays and this one is definitely at the top of our list. You will love it!

We stayed at this beautiful property the duration of my daughter's wedding week in South Haven. Each room was equally impressive. This is a new build and is built to perfection. A short hop, skip and jump to the beach. There was a tremendous amount of space and storage. A great outdoor area with a wonderful fireplace. The property had everything we needed and more.

This home is GREAT! We had 5 couples stay for several birthday celebrations. This place is just gorgeous, close to the beach and close to town. Beds are great, nice fluffy towels, plenty of kitchen items to be able to cook.

By far, this was THE nicest VRBO we have ever rented! To have a six BR, 6.5 bath new home, so well designed and furnished made our group of six older women very happy. Every detail has been thought of with this property - the beds are super comfy, high quality sheets and towels, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever need for a very large gathering. We loved the back patio with the gas fire pit. The easy walk to the beach, a lovely neighborhood to walk around, easy access to great bike trails, lots of places to eat and many cute shops in South Haven, a short ride to Saugatuck--all in all, an OUTSTANDING trip staying at a beautiful home that will be a very hard rental act to follow. This house was absolutely perfect for our full family of 12. The location is amazing - a couple of minute walk to South Beach and less than ten minutes to the main area for shopping and restaurants. House was perfect. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. It was clean; tons of space; layout was great. The outdoor shower was very helpful; washer and dryer were great; and the back patio is very nice. All of the rooms had adjoining bathrooms. It could not have been better. Would highly recommend this house to anyone thinking about it.

We had an amazing time! The house was immaculate and beautifully appointed! We absolutely loved that each bedroom had its own private bath and there was a half bath on the main level too. The grandchildren were thrilled with the bunk bed bedroom! The kitchen was very spacious and we all comfortably fit around the large dining table. We really enjoyed the backyard dining area, fire pit, playing corn hole, the beautiful landscaping and were able to relax on the front and upper level porches. The beautiful beach and downtown area were very short walks. Our grandchildren loved the play structures, pirate ship water park at South Beach! The entire family of 11 - our 3 adult children and their families, and Dave and I rate this home and location an A plus! We hope to stay here again!

Five couples spent a long weekend at this beautiful house just a block from the beach. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The hosts checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything.

There are so many positives about this rental. It has an amazing location, is beautifully decorated, spacious, newly renovated, the beds are comfortable and the linens are high quality. The couple of issues we had, though, were quite significant. I rented this home for two different weekends with two different groups of friends.. The first weekend was in February. Our groups was hanging out in the basement when we heard someone (not in our group) come into the house. It was the house cleaner that needed to “just put a sign on the dishwasher with instructions”. Keep in mind this was the day AFTER we had checked in and all of our cars were in the driveway. It was quite disconcerting that a stranger walked in during our stay. The owner did change the passcode on the door for us but I’m not sure he truly grasped how upsetting it was for us to have someone unlock the door and walk int the house and all this for a “sign” with instructions on how to us the dishwasher. The second weekend I stayed at the home was a month after the first stay. When we arrived there was a sign on the dishwasher that stated it was “out of order and a part was being ordered”. We were not told ahead of time that there would be no working dishwasher, they did not provide any disposable dishes/silverware or offer any compensation for the lack of dishwasher. In a rental of this caliber there is an expectation that there will be a working dishwasher and at bare minimum 1) gives us a heads up that it’s not working and 2) provide us with disposable dishes/silverware and/or 3) a discount on the rental fee. Middle age moms do not go on girls weekends to do dishes especially when they rent a top quality home in South Haven.

What an amazing home to help us celebrate my husbands 50th birthday! We especially loved the main floor social space where all of could relax comfortably. The beds were firm but comfortable. Each couple had their own private bathroom. We walked to downtown and to the beach. This home was clean and modern and made this winter weekend a wonderful memory we will always look back on.

This beautiful home is steps away from Lake Michigan. It has every amenity to make your stay comfortable! The owner was very prompt when communicating!

We all had a wonderful time in this beautifully remodeled home. Importantly, there is plenty of space for families to spread out and have time and space to themselves as well as together. It is wonderful that all bedrooms have a private large bathroom. Thank you for sharing your wonderfully remodeled space! The beach and shopping are also wonderful.

This house and location was perfect! We could walk anywhere we wanted to go. The house was clean and we loved everything about it!

This was our 5th summer vacationing in South Haven and this was by far the best location we’ve stayed. One block and a view to the beach and about 5 easily walkable blocks to the center of town. In general the house was very nice and owner was very responsive and helpful. Each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom which was great. Gas fire pit in the back was very easy and fun. I did not give 5 stars because we did not have functioning internet or cable and were not notified of this until a couple days before our stay even though this was known well before then. There was also not enough furniture in the living room for a house that is meant for 12 people and kitchen was not stocked as well as we would’ve liked (for example no large serving bowls or platters). If these issues are addressed we would definitely rent this house or another from this owner again.
