Nice location because of the Ocean views and the friendly and helpful hotel staff .

The bed mattress was not so comfortable/too soft ,would recommend to change .

such a great find! the rooms are better than they photograph, but what really makes this place special is the personal touch given by the family that run the hotel. from organising drivers, to recommending walks and restaurants they do it all, and take enormous pride in the hotel and town. the breakfast is very good - the coffees even better and everything comes with a smile! what I like about this hotel is the location, Praiano is spread out and this hotel is right in the middle, meaning you can reach the beach or town in approx 10-12 mins walk. there is also a bus stop that goes to Positano right outside. many other hotels we looked at were either in the town or at the beach area, meaning you faced up to 30 min walk to reach the other side. we also found staying in Praiano over Positano a great choice - you can bus in to Positano easily for dinner or a day trip, and given in summer it (Positano) can attract 50,000 daily visitors, it’s nice to get away from the crowds. we found Positano over priced and the beach was filled with litter. Praiano is a cute little town, and with some local advice or research there is plenty to do and some real gems. what’s even better is the view back on Positano at night from many local spots. thanks again to the team at holiday hotel and for our parting gift of a magnet (it was our honeymoon)! Perfecto!

Perfect location located between Positano and Amalfi. the staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially Omar and Renato! Room was clean and the balcony had a nice sea view.

The room was cute clean and with a big seaview balcony. Grate service, the stuff were very helpfull and polite.

The toilet was like in shower cupicle with a curtain (no door at all).

stunning location. the best view in Praiano. this beautiful family-run hotel has been our home for the last week. Marianna and her family have made us feel most welcome and have been an important part of our wonderful experience here on the Amalfi coast.

The staff here is amazing and so warm and welcoming! Omar and his mom took amazing care of us and helped us with everything we need. We had issues getting to the hotel late at night and they were extremely thoughtful once we finally arrived.

Night Manager was amazing with service and assistance. Views 10/10 but toilet area smelt and hallway smelt musty and bed was hard as rocks

The location and the sea view are great! Breakfast was good and the guy serving coffee was very friendly.

The TV did not work at all, they could not repair it and did not really apologise. I had an online teaching until 12 and was not allowed to stay in the room (check out strictly at 11) but had to do in the breakfast room where it was quite noisy from the reception.

The whole property has zero noise insulation and you can literally hear what happens in any part of the building. who’s having shower and who’s flushing toilet. A/C difunctional as well.

The location was beautiful

The room we got was dirty and was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. The bed was hard and stiff, filthy, full of dirt, bedbugs and stains. The reception lady was rude and unwelcoming.

it was not okay, when I felt bad, and I stayed in bed, staff refused to let my girlfriend bring me breakfast to my room, which resulted in me not having breakfast

I will stay in the property again. Excellent location, a local bus stop very close to the hotel. You will be in the middle of the Amalfi Coast and be able to get in the bus that can take you to Amalfi and Ravello or to Positano. The breakfast was good in a terrace with a beautiful view. Great service from Armando and Roberto. Thank you to the rest of the staff they were awesome. A taxi driver was arranged from the airport. And the communication prior to my arrival was prompt.

BUT BUT unfortunately one person was the GRINCH in the facility. She will answer questions, but not in a nice way. She was very negative. I do not know, if she is the owner or the owners right hand, but she doesn’t know what customer services is. Example of her behavior: A guest exit the general bathroom located in the lobby. She got out of her seat approached the guest and said “ IN AMERICA YOU GUYS DONT KNOW HOW TO TURN THE LIGHTS OFF AND CLOSE THE DOOR”. It was not a proper comment. Maybe she needs to think before she opens her mouth and respect the guest. If she is stress and can not deal with the bussiness might be time for her to move on. If you can deal with a GRINCH stay there, but if you know that behavior will mess up your vacation. Stay somewhere else.

Was fairly decent prices ok Staff was trying to be friendly language problem for us because of limited English by them and Italian by me. Breakfast was nice

Room was smaller then expected balcony was quite small and had an ant problem but just wouldn't go away even after they sprayed

the bed was very old and uncomfortable, there was a tv that was so small and old that didn’t work there wasn’t really a point of having it there

the staff was nice, and gave us water after we climbed all the way from the bus stop they also told us a lot about our next destination, and gave us tips of what to do and see in Amalfi

the location, although it works for a great view for breakfast, it is a bit far up from the main road and the sea. not very practical the bed was not that comfortable we didn't have a good view from our room breakfast was very basic the price is not understandable compared to other places we saw in the Amalfi coast and their quality

Bad experience overall - everything is extremely outdated, dirty, old and rusty. There's a bad smell and beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was quite horrible - old boiled eggs, few desserts (thus had to skip breakfasts and go to restaurants). Worst part is the value for money - would accept this for €100 a night maybe, but absolutely not for what is charged.
