The location was perfect and the view from the balcony was as good if not better than views from expensive restaurants on the amalfi coast. The price of this apartment was also very reasonable in comparison to hotels or similar places in the area. We used the bus stop located two minutes walk from the property in order to get around Praiano as it is very hills and there are a lot of stairs. The bus is €1 and runs all around Praiano. There is also a small shop around two minutes walk away where you can get all the essentials which we found very useful.

Better communication from the host prior to our arrival about where the key would be located

The apartment is newly renovated and is tastefully decorated. The apartment was very spacious which was great. It is located right next to the grocery store which is a huge plus in Praiano as it is difficult to move around there. The balcony overlooks the Moressa terrace which is very nice. There is a bus stop right in front which is convenient.

The ceiling in the sitting room must have had water damage as the paint was flaking and there were paint flakes on the furniture below. There was a musty smell coming from the inner bathroom and the inner bedroom (no window) which was not pleasant. The bedroom facing the terrace was fine and the main living areas were fine. The mattresses were hard and not comfortable. The bed linen was very nice. The chairs on the balcony were not comfortable. I did not like that the only way to communicate with the host was by text. They did not respond to phone calls. They were very responsive by text but I found it was not the most efficient way to resolve issues and I found it to be impersonal. Not a big deal.

Beautiful and huge two bedrooms apartment, fully equipped and with a breathtaking sea view from every corner of the house! Clean and well located in a quite and safe area! Supermarket and restaurants are at one minute by walk from the apartment. Main beach reachable by walk in 15 minutes and by scooter in 5 minutes. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is spacious and the balcony has plenty of room for four adults to eat there as well as to sit and admire the view. There are two spacious bathrooms. We had the option of either a double or two single beds in the second bedroom. The air-conditioning works well. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is a good restaurant next door and two even better ones within ten minutes' walk. There are also two supermarkets within a few hundred metres of the accommodation. The host met our taxi at the property and showed us round. There were no onerous house rules. Local bus services are a cheap way to get around the area and avoid the need for a car.

Understandably, we weren't able to use the jacuzzi because of Covid-19 rules.
