Clean and comfortable. Hot tub was great and having access to the garden was lovely
Slightly further out of lymington than I thought it would be but still walkable.

Decoration, facilities, friendly welcome. Was in a good location and perfect for what we needed. The baby also slept better here than he does at home, typical. Provided tea and coffee which was helpful. Large shower. Good space. Would stay again

The location was good .nice Chinese and great chippy short walk away.host's absolutely brilliant.can't praise them enough.the garden is magical.has to be seen!Thanks Caroline and Ritchie for making sure our stay was perfect.We will be back.

Everything was perfect, we had a lovely cosy holiday break in a beautiful place with everything we needed. Absolutely perfect.

Caroline and Richie couldn't of been more friendly and helpful. They didn't over step the boundaries but seemed to be there if needed.

Caroline was a lovely host .she left us milk in the fridge and biscuits .nothing to much trouble.
The hot tub was nice and warm.good location only 5 min drive from lymington town and 15 mins from new forest .clean tidy.would recommend for a nice weekend get away
