Most value with sea right out of your window. 20 minutes bus ride to the city centre which is not bad. Breakfast tastes nice with average price. Staff are exceptionally nice and can speak English. Definitely will come here for next holiday.

The checkin runs until 11pm. My flight arrived at Malaga at 9pm, so I had to rush but still ran a bit late. Not sure what happens if the staff left? But the guy was super warm even if I came late.

Reception was very welcoming & efficient. The restaurant had a violinist play in the morning. The view was beautiful both day and night

The shower setup made water spill onto the entire floor, but that's it.

The room was a suite indeed with one room having a bed and TV and the other room having a couch and desk. It was very clean. The couch was big enough so that another person could easily sleep on it. They have a nice jacuzzi on the terrace.

The room did not have a fridge. The windows did not have screen so if you opened them, mosquitos could get in. The rooms were near each other so at night we could hear other guests making noise. The jacuzzi's water was not hot enough. The location is a bit far from city center where most attractions are located but is indeed a beach resort within walking distance to the water. Also, they don't have overnight reception so be aware.

The hotel is nice , great location. We loved our stay. I want to say that one of the staff really made an impression on us. I want to say thank you very much to SALVA , he is always smiling, extremely polite and professional. It was a real pleasure

Pedregalejo is a wonderful location to stay in - perfect for a relaxing few days. And La Chancla is a lovely hotel to stay at. We had a great time during our stay - the staff were very helpful and accommodating (they gave us beach towels, extra water for the room etc.).

We didn't have a beach view, which I must make sure to get next time (I saw inside one of the rooms as they were being cleaned and ready for the next guests - the sea views are amazing from the rooms to the front!). Our décor was a little dated and not as bright as the photos on the site (perhaps some rooms are still being upgraded). Small things to point out though - all in all, it was a lovely stay and we'll definitely be back.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. Everything about it is amazing. The staff, the location, the honesty bar plus jacuzzi... I'd recommend 110%.

perfect sea view polite staff hot tub nice environment I have to say thank you to Pedro I think that was his name. He was amazing to us! Very friendly and he was willing communication with us in english. Perfect breakfast!

English is a big problem for spanish people i get that normal people can not speak english but in hotel they should speak english well. I had the first three days problme with parking. Hotel has just 4 parking places and it is 5 minutes by walk far away. First day no available parking for us. The recepcionist told me that next day it will be awailable form 10:00 till then i needed to pay 1.2 eur per hours. Next day the parking man told me thed dont have any parking place for me. After 2 hours the recepcionist call me they have for me a parking. The third day: we arrived to parking after long day exploring and ours parking place was occupied. Organisatzion of parking not handle and comunication in english also not. But then hotel gave to me a discout. Instead of 40 eur i payd 10 eur. That was nice from them . The room can be cleaned a bit better.

Loved this hotel: the staff are fantastic, the restaurant is great. We enjoyed the jacuzzi on the roof and loved the concept of the honesty bar. The location is perfect, the area (Pedregalejo/El Palo) is a well-kept secret.

Hotel La Chancla was amazing. We had a brilliant time there. The girl at reception was so lovely and friendly as were all of the restaurant and hotel staff. It was perfect for our stay in Malaga. The roof top space was amazing for us and we had the best time there chilling during our stay. Perfect location on the beach and really close to explore the best of Malaga; Picasso Museum, Alcazaba, old town streets, best food, everything! So excellent to see authentic Malaga at it's best. So sad to leave and we will most definitely will be back! Thank you so much! Orla, Conor & Josh xxx
