The hotel room is more a like a serviced apartment than your traditional, or regular, hotel room. It has everything you need for a longer stay. Room service is daily. Hotel staff is more than friendly, they are very responsive to your needs and/or requests; this includes every single person from the hotel: not just the receptionists. I wish more places are like this one. The location of the property is not a minus whatsoever because the public transport in Brussels is on point so you won't have any issues reaching or leaving the hotel if you don't rent a car. We'll definitely book again here when we come back to Brussels.

The pillows and/or the bed took a while to get used to and get comfy in. I'm not saying there were bad; it's just a matter of what you're used to at home.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were even allowed a it earlier in our room when checking in. The location is really good, supermarket and bakeries are very close and the park near by was perfect for running, including the way to and fro. Tram station to the city centre is right in front of the hotel entrance, but one can also have a nice walk there.

Everything was perfect, only a very small thing bothered me, when we let our room to be cleaned (we did it only once during our week+ stay), the room was not vacuum cleaned. Perhaps, if we'd let it cleaned everyday that would be done at some point. Otherwise everything felt clean in the room.

Clean spacious room that was more of a studio with a kitchenette and sitting room. Good value and very comfortable.

The place was so accommodating with us. They went above and beyond to store our luggage and make sure we had everything that was needed

Staff are helpful, thats it. Its 4 star hotel, but we should expect 3 star or 2.5. Parking entrance is very very tiny, if you rate yourself an Average driver you will have problem squeezing in.

All facilities was new and comfortable. The room has a lot of light. Towels were fresh and flufy. Kitchen facilities was really usefull, and the coffee was good.

Soaps in the shower were difficult to wash. If there are more than one person in the room, there is no privacy in the shower. Sinks' plugs wasn's open and I strragled openning it in the beginning.

The all glass doors of the bathroom which is not comfortable and couldn’t understand why the bathroom is located so far from the bedroom.

TV didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it during my whole stay, the bathroom mirror had a light that didn’t work since day 2 and the ventilation of the bathroom didn’t work since day 1. Staff was nice enough to offer free breakfast on my check out day but I couldn’t stay. My room was a bit noisy due to facing Avenue Louise in a lower floor.

"fitness room" does not fulfill expectations

The personnel is really friendly and always reads to help. Likewise, the apartment is also ideal for families including a nice balcony. The breakfast has multiple options with pretty fresh ingredients.
