Ruime kamers, midden in centrum, ontbijt was prima
Van de 3 kamers hadden er 2 koud water
Bij inchecken om 18 uur moesten we nog geruime tijd wachten op de kamer.

The style, architecture, room size, location, breakfast
IT system did not work, all the costs in the bar or restaurant had to be paid immediately, reception staff was lazy and not helpful, did not wake me up although I have asked for, the rooms need modernization

The property is a beautiful and oozes its grand historical past. Good location. Staff were great in helping us organize a taxi for left behind luggage. Very courteous.
Paying 35euros to use the pool and gym when you just want a quick workout is ridiculous. System changeover meant the staff were learning the new system so checkout took 30mins with no good will gesture offered.

L’accueil et l’emplacement
Le départ . On a du se débrouiller avec nos valises ce qui n’était pas le cas à l’arrivée.
Le concierge de nuit ne fait aucun effort pour s’occuper de nos clefs de voiture ou nous donner les indications de reprise de ticket .
Dommage mais nous restons très satisfait de notre séjour et faisons la part des choses .

Communicatie over gesloten spa en nog wat opmerkingen over de roomservice, maar daar wil ik dit platform niet voor gebruiken. Zonodig sta ik open voor contact met de hotelbedrijfsleider

Le même agent de la sécurité est venu encore m’embêter dès la sorti de mon taxi, j’arrive à l’accueil je me présente à l’accueil il vient directement pour me dire je suis blackisté j’ai perdu 45 min avec la directrice de l’hôtel ( la dame est très sympa surtout courtoise ) j’avais un rendez-vous à 16h un rendez-vous très important je suis venu uniquement pour payé déposer mes affaires et partir à mon rendez-vous à cause de lui je suis arrivé à mon en retard et j’ai perdu ma pièce d’identité. Toutes l’équipes de l’hôtel sont très cool et très serviable même ses collègues comprenez pas son délire. J’ai présenter ma carte d’identité à la réception après tellement il m’a soûlé je me suis rendu compte après que ma carte identité été perdu

Das Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten da wir ein Zimmer ohne Frühstück gebucht hatten. Das Hotel hat eine außergewöhnliche gute une zentrale Lage. Großzügige und saubere Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Es hat uns auch besonders gefallen, dass unser Hund mitdurfte.
Kinder konnten nicht zum Swimmingpool! Der Wellnessbereich war kostenpflichtig.

The breakfast was delicious, the room was nice, location excellent.
When I made reservation I asked for my parents room to have a shower with stool and twin beds. 5 days prior to arrival I sent an e-mail to the hotel asking for same as above, that the 4 rooms booked for my family be close together, and a chocolate cake in 1 of the rooms for my son's birthday on Friday 1st March. My parents room and mine were next door, but the other 2 rooms were on a different floor. The stool for my father's shower was in my bedroom and not his. My son did not receive a chocolate cake, but a box of chocolates and a Happy Birthday note which were put in my father's room instead of my son's. All we asked for was completely muddled up. The shower in the bath did not work.

badkamer zwaar ondermaats, geen of nauwelijks druk op de waterkraan die slecht functioneerde. Douche veel te warm en niet aan te passen. Geen zeepjes, slechts grote flessen shampoo en conditioner…

I loved the location and facilities

The hotel it self is lovely yes, that's undisputed.
I didn't like the fact that the staff STOLE my jewellery from my bedroom. A necklace and earrings, in a jewellery pouch, was stolen from the bathroom vanity by housekeeping when we went out all day. Hotel hasn't done enough to rectify it. Said we should've put them in the safe - you shouldn't have to hide your items from housekeeping!!! Checked CCTV and housekeeping were the only ones which went into the room. DO NOT STAY - STAFF STEAL.

La qualité et la gentillesse du personnel , les services proposés, le lobby majestueux. La conciergerie très appréciable. Les chambres immenses. La salle de bain en marbre avec baignoire plus douche ..Le petit déjeuner superbe, avec un choix et varié.
Le check in sur place sans contrainte horaire, nous avons pu récupérer la chambre à 11h00 le matin.
Les wc en chambres posé un peu trop bas . Il manque un banc dans l’entrée de la chambre pour mettre ses chaussures.

Very poor security at the facility. My son was threatened by a stranger under the watch of the hotel stuff. We had to call the Police. To make it worse, the hotel security informed us that they know the guy and he has mental problems.
We were discriminated with insinuation that we tried to run out of the hotel without paying the hotel bills, yet we paid our bill online before even checking in. We confirmed the payment on arrival at the hotel just to make sure everything was fine.
However, we were shocked to see one of the stuff running after us after we checked out and clearing the small bills for room service. Only the gentleman to realise that he mistakenly left out one room when we were checking out. Terrible experience.
The attitude of the staff in general. Whether at breakfast, at the bar or at the front desk.
It is just ridiculous to notice this kind of behaviour in a big hotel in the modern days.

The property architecture was nice and was close to the center
It was not clean. The bathtub was dirty and the water running was brown. There were spiderwebs in the room. It doesn’t have good views. I booked the property for the spa and it was closed and i was not notified about it. Nobody answered in the reception whenever I would call, so we had to go down to the reception in person. They charge you extra 100€ before checking in to hold it off the balance before you’re out of there.

Het hotel had een heerlijke restaurants en een leuke bar. Het ontbijt was erg divers en het personeel was heel aardig en dienen. De ligging van het hotel was subliem met de mooie winkelstraten eromheen.
Het bed was hard, de kamer erg sober ingericht. het streamen van de TV deed het niet, wat erg jammer was. Vond de kamer verouderd en de badkamer ook met de zeer kleine badcel.

De vriendelijkheid v/h personeel. Van de poetsvrouw tot de incheck, security, zaalmensen… Gewoon iedereen was vriendelijk!
De ietwat hoge prijs maar dit kun je niet anders verwachten in dit luxe segment

Très satisfaite de la chambre, de l'acceuil et du petit déjeuner. La salle de sport est également agréable. Les décorations "nuages" étaient magnifique.
Je trouve exagéré le cout pour avoir accés au spa, , je n'ai par conséquent même pas regardé les soins. Le lit-canapé des enfants était très inconfortable. Un léger matelas
Ma fille de 11ans avait mal au dos. Elle ne souhaite pas revenir dans cet hôtel. Vous recommandez l'hotel pour des enfants mais rien n'est fait pour eux : family room, peignoire, petit cadeaux d'acceuil, ect ...

Etwas wenig Personal im Frühstücksbereich in Stoßzeiten. Sehr negativ fiel auf, dass der Besuch des Pools nicht im Preis inbegriffen war und sehr kostspielig pro Persin war. Schwimmen z. B. vor dem Frühstück wäre für eine 4-köpfige Familie mindestens 120 € Zusatzkosten verbunden :(

Overall, a good hotel with a relatively central location. Concierge and Reception staff were friendly. Good facilities and a nice if pricey bar
The room was superficially clean - under the furniture we found personal item presumably from previous guests.
Breakfast was OK but not on par for a high-end hotel in terms of quality and selection. The breakfast room was a little small and was always busy.
Room service was poor.
