This place was great, very clean upon arrival and location was excellent. Close to hot springs, playground for the kids, and short walk into town. Would highly recommend, especially families with kids..

Great place to stay. Very clean and close to everything. Wish it had a bigger space to hangout out the whole family but we needed the pullout couch so the kitchen was the only space we could all fit around for a family of six so it felt tight but not for most. We would go back for sure.

This place was exactly as advertised, and was in a perfect location. The hot springs, park & playground, and Uncompahgre River are literally right out the front door. The base of the perimeter trail is directly across the street. The walk into downtown is less than five minutes. Depending on your plans you can just park your car in front of the garage and never drive again the rest of your trip because everything you need is a short walk away. This place made a lot more sense for a family stay than a motel, because it has multiple bedrooms and a full kitchen, a loft living room, and a garage. It was nice to have actual room to spread out in instead of being crammed in a single motel room. The place itself is all modern construction and new appliances, very clean, and it has everything you need for an extended stay. The only issue we ever had was some road noise, as the main road goes directly adjacent to the unit and truckers and bikers are passing through all night long. Nothing a white noise machine couldn't fix, but it's something to be aware of, especially with young kids. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we would stay here again without hesitation.

A great little condo in Ouray. This place was super clean and Darlene was very responsive! Great location - The perimeter trail is right across the street, the hot springs are right out the door and it’s a short walk into town. It’s right on the road so it’s a little noisy during the day, but it quiets down at night.

This property was better than expected. Very clean, well organized and cared for. Proximity to the hot springs was awesome! Thank you for providing a fragrance free home away! It is rare to find a property that doesn’t use strong scented laundry detergent for the linens and have Glade plugins installed in every room. Some of us get very sick from perfumes and fragrances. Did I say the place was CLEAN!!!

Conveniently located, easy parking, very clean, great views, well stocked. Easy walk to everything in town. Can't say enough, this was a wonderful vacation home.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is in a great location near the pool and downtown and features a beautiful view out the front window. The home has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable -- great linens, a well-stocked kitchen, extra soaps, and TVs to spare! It is very clean and up-to-date. We had fun each day playing ping pong downstairs. The kitchen/sitting area was good for us but might get a little too cozy with larger groups. The road noise got to be pretty bothersome at times, but we still had a nice time. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Great town home to stay in while in Ouray! Spotless and cute! They thought of everything. This was the best stocked rental I have stayed in so far. The bed had quality bedding and the bathroom had nice towels and little soaps in case you forgot to bring them. You are very close to everything and have a beautiful view out the windows.

We didn't love the Nest locking system on the door. This townhouse was decorated very nice, and we appreciated the personal touches. Beds, towels and linens were excellent! The mountain views and the location to town was a definite plus but there was too much traffic noise to our liking by the bedrooms. If you're interested in spending time in the hot springs, this home is for you.

We had a nice stay at this property in Ouray. So many nice touches in the townhouse from luxury bath towels, very well-stocked kitchen, comfortable mattresses and linens, multiple TVs, amazing shower, easy to use washer/dryer... Appreciated that coffee and tea was provided, as well as delicious cherry jam. BEAUTIFUL and STUNNING views from all windows. We loved that we could walk right to the hot springs. Only a couple things I would mention as a downside. First, we locked ourselves out within an hour of arriving and our keyless entry was not letting us get back in. Turned out we had turned a lock from the inside which the keyless entry could not unlock. We contacted the owner and they sent someone who got us back in after an hour or so. And second, if you are sensitive to road noise, be aware that this unit is right on the main road. Otherwise, friendly owners, amazing property, and highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful place to stay. Well appointed and nicely furnished with everything you want. Perfect location to tour the San Juan Mountains and in walking distance to dining and shopping in Ouray.

The beautifully remodeled condo was equipped with everything you need for your stay. Fully stocked kitchen, beautiful linens, televisions in every room,(including garage). It was spotless also! Easy walk to town and right across from the hot springs. We even had fresh cherry jam awaiting us. Would highly recommend!

We were very impressed with this property! The townhome was very clean with touches of luxury everywhere... from the thick bath towels, the upgraded shower heads, the efficient kitchen... we were definitely wowed by this lodging. The front window (from the kitchen/sitting area), and the small balcony area, looks out onto the town of Ouray and is a simply stunning view of the surrounding mountains. It was amazing to wake up to that view every day. The host was very accommodating (allowed us to use the pull out bed in the loft area, as the teenagers don't like to sleep in the same bed because they're too old and big). I had a few questions before arrival and Darlene was quick to answer. This is 5 star lodging with a 5 star hostess! We will be back!

In Ouray for Mt Sneffels Half. Property is closest possible to Hot springs and park. Kitchen has everything!! Play area in garage with TV and ping pong table. Stocked with towels for pool. Lovely relaxing trip. Walkable to everywhere in Ouray!

Every amenity was thought about, and property was immaculate.

The property was very conveniently located to town, to Perimeter Trail, and for the Hot Springs (although some road noise). And also CLEAN with needed amenities!

Our family of 5 couldn’t have been happier staying here in Ouray! Darlene was easy to communicate with early on and accommodated our special requests prior to check in which was super helpful! Her place was super clean and she has literally thought of every possible need you may have while staying there. I stay at so many VRBOs and it’s so refreshing to stay in a home with spices, oils, condiments, baggies, detergent, Kleenex, games, extra towels, even a ping pong table-the list goes on! We loved the location-saw many deer, walked everywhere downtown, and loved being so close to the Hot Springs. We’d love to stay here again if we’re ever back in Ouray.

Beautiful unit for two couples. Very well equipped and easy access to Ouray (hiking and mountain passes) and the springs. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

This property was furnished with all we needed and more. The three level unit was nicely decorated, and sleeping accommodations were very comfortable. Its location near the park, the wonderful hot springs pools, and multiple walking trails made it ideal for our stay. Loved it!

Excellent place

This place has it all, style, views, location, and quality. I was in town for a running event and my sister joined me as my support crew. The location of the condo to the event is what initially drew us to it, and after further searches this was the best deal around for our needs. The location was perfect for us, we parked the car upon arrival and didn't move it until our departure. My sister was able to support me during the race and still explore Ouray with visits to the many cool shops around town and easy access to the Perimeter Trail and the hot springs. The condo itself is new with stylish quality modern everything, from cool tile and fixtures to the towels, bedding, pots, pans, and appliances. It has just the right mix of awesome antique furniture throughout, and my favorite, the artisan crafted coffee mugs! The place was hands down the cleanest rental place we have ever stayed in. There are also loads of cool board games, a ping pong table and towels for your visit to the hot springs. As for the views, there are 2 small decks that are perfect for morning coffee or an evening sunset. The west wall of the house has many carefully placed windows so no views are to be missed. We loved every bit of this place, my only comment would be, if you don't like stairs, then maybe this isn't your place, otherwise it is AWESOME! Darlene was easy to communicate with, she was available if needed and responded quickly. She has done an amazing job with this space!
