THIS IS GREAT HOTEL! GREAT EXECUTION BY THE STAFF AND THE HOTEL IS TERRIFIC. MUCH NEEDED FOR THE CONROE AREA. WE ARE FROM THIS AREA AND HAD MOVED AWAY AND NEEDED TO COME BACK FOR SOME PERSONAL AND WORK RELATED BUSINESS. COZY AND BEAUTIFUL ROOMS WITH GREAT TVs AND AMENITIES. WHAT A SURPRISE!!!!!!!!

Excellent hotel. Clean and fancy with really good dining option at the hotel. Pete stayed with us and was super convenient for dogs. Has a charging station in the parking garage which is also super convenient!

This was a comfortable, pleasant suburban hotel. I loved the outdoor pool and it had other nice amenities in addition to the comfortable room. My only critique is that the restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday, the two nights I was there for a conference. As a vegetarian, the more limited bar menu wasn’t quite adequate for dinner.

Place was great. Rooms and beds were very nice. Only negative was the lights kept turning off while in the shower, so if you shower for more than 5 mins, you have toget out and keep turning them back on

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency in Conroe, Texas. Our check-in was smooth, and the ambience of the new lobby and lounge was very nice. The accommodations were immaculate and the amenities were perfect.

This is the best Hyatt my husband and I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. There were a few lights we couldn’t turn off in the room so it wasn’t asked blacked out as we wanted it to be but we’d definitely go back for another staycation. Totally recommend

The hotel is new, cozy and stylish. it was essential for me there is laminate flooring with a small rug in the room. It is more hygienic than the rug flooring. Everything is new and clean in the room, a big TV, coffee machine, and bathroom. I'm not too fond of pillows but I believe this is my preference. I was not able to have breakfast or use a pool. But the pool area is nice. Parking is very convenient.

Said they would refund my room. Complained about a dog barking 2X. After 2 hours I checked iht. Not necessarily their fault but it should t have taken two complaints nor two hours.
