Cabin is extremely small, everything is tiny, the bed, the bathroom the kitchen, and it was freezing cold. We did not feel comfortable at all. Also, for what it was, the price was ridiculous. We did not like it at all.
Not made for cold-weather lodging. I could see this being a bit better in the summer months, but it was not as advertised, the deck was slippery with icy build up and the area around the cabin was muddy. The value was poor for what the cabin was like, the price was expensive. Also, we checked out early, because it was so uncomfortable and the property says they will not refund us at this time and blamed us for not calling them (sooner). We did call them.

Small, very clean quiet place off the main road to Bar Harbor, perfect for 1 or 2 people. It's about 4 miles to downtown. There is a little corner store about 100 yds away if you need anything.
No AC, it's very hot in the cabin even with fan. However some people may not mind that at all.

Wifi didn’t work for me, despite staff efforts.
