Jeannie & Josch were great hosts. Jeannie spent time showing us around her garden & her funny turkeys. We enjoyed the quiet scenic walk through the forest & also the beautiful meal in their home. Very convenient to have Jeannie drop us off at the harbour & arrange boat tickets to Gili Meno. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Should've stayed longer..

Awesome place, lovely hosts, a modern scooter was provided on arrival, as well any necessary information, must-visit places in the area etc. Delicious breakfast as well as lunch and dinner options (the hosts have their own turkeys) - we had to move on and stayed only for one night but would definitely come again

The property is very fun and super beautiful. It is very clean and easy to navigate. It is quiet (except for the occasional turkey gobble). The hosts are super kind, fun, and friendly. They are excellent cooks and make a delicious quesadilla. I highly recommend eating your meals with them. I am super excited to come back and stay here again, I would be more than happy to go out of my way to stay with them in the future.

The bungalow is clean, spacious and absolutely beautiful. The environment is so relaxing. Great host. It's a little bit far from the town and they organized the pick up and drop off for us. Dinner was delicious. Jeanny is really friendly. She showed turkeys for our kids. She also helped us at harbour as our ferry was cancelled due to bad weather. Great place to stay.

Owners really greeted us as family! They went all the way to help us whenever we needed assistance.

Only thing I suggest is to have a stronger AC in the room. Other than that, spacious room and very comfy.

Jeannie and Josch's place is a peaceful, homelike haven. We stopped 1 night en route to gili air and liked it so much we went back for 3 nights after. We were in the family room which had a great upstairs for our daughter. Jeannie makes everything easy...we booked several trips and car journeys and either they drive you or organise a friend (Jahid or Ubat). Our daughter was made very welcome.... Feeding the dogs and meeting the turkeys! Delicious food too. Highly recommend!

There was no water coming out of the taps and in the shower in the room.

Jennie is an amazing host! She was very welcoming and showed her turkey farm. The room was amazing with an outdoor bathroom. The food served for dinner and breakfast was really good, almost all the food (vegetables, fruits, etc) were from their property and home made. Jennie was always keen to share information about anything you can ask. She was helpful with an issue I had regarding a boat ticket.

We loved walking in to an air conditioned room after a couple of days hiking Mt Rinjani. The bungalows demonstrate the perfect balance of tranquility and comfort. The hosts are amazing! Josch & Jeannie are very attentive and super lovely with lots of local knowledge. Definitely try one of Jeannie’s meals you won’t regret it!!!

gorgeous little property approximately 3km from the boat harbour. Jeannie and Josch are the best hosts, so lovely and welcome you into their home. They have 2 individual villas which are clean and gorgeous. we had dinner and breakfast prepared by them and it was delicious. Their hospitality is incredible and we felt so well taken care of. I wish we could have stayed longer! They are happy to help organize your stay.

not a problem for us but it is a little ways from the main street, if you need to rent car/scoot maybe organize before you arrive. it is nice and quiet!

The villa was very cozy and homely, placed in a beautiful landscape. It really felt like a home away from home, peaceful from all distractions you may have. Probably the best hosts I have ever had in my life, extremely friendly and nice. They also accommodated our last minute requests and helped us book ferry tickets and arranged spa and massage services on the day itself. 10/10 would recommend. Also they have amazing turkeys and dogs

A little bit pricy compared to similar in Indonesia. Personally I am not a fan of the bathroom floor because it is difficult to dry and clean. This is overall small things and I will still recommend to stay here.

Lovely! So much to do and explore. There is lots of friendly animals like cows, turkeys, chickens, dogs and cat. Food is excellent and made of ingredients from their own garden. If we need a drive somewhere they happily helped us. Wooden house was big, clean and comfortable. My daughter felI in love with the place and missed her friends. I hope we could come back soon for longer period. Miss you all!

Our stay was amazing jeannie and josch were such great hosts. When we arrived we were speechless with how beautiful the setting was and the villa was a dream. We had home cooked food and some local alcohol made by one of the neighbours 🙂. It was really nice to sit down each night and get to know them and hear about their life experiences. My partner has a food allergy and jeannie was very good with understanding and dropped us off to the zoo and explained to the chefs. The wifi wasnt to great but it did not matter as we were looking for a nice quiet getaway. We will be recommending this stay to our friends and plan to return later on this year. .
