Never received check in instructions from host. Worked w/VRBO who tried to contact host several times with no sucess. Sat in front of the property until 7:00pm waiting. Ended up in a hotel which was exactly what I didn't want to do. Choose a different host if you want a good experience. Lastly, in fairness, I did not stay in this property however, the review process forced me to answer a question regarding cleanliness.

We can't give an adequate description of property because WE COULDN'T GET IN!!!!

Good and clean

When we arrived we noticed there were still towels and linens in the dryer- they were still damp. The floors in every room had long black hairs everywhere. there was also black hair in one of the bathroom sinks. It had not been vacuumed, swept or mopped. The bath mats hadn't been washed. The kitchen counters had not been wiped down, the microwave was dirty and the refrigerator had food and crusted milk in it. The beds did appear to be fresh and clean. The blinds had dust and fingerprints on them and the living room rug was stained. The dining room table and chairs had crumbs on them. I was never able to actually speak to the property manager- apparently the person I spoke with had to get a hold of the manager. Someone did text me back and offer to send someone to clean it but at this point we had reservations for dinner and we all still needed to shower so we went ahead and rented hotel rooms. I told them we were not staying there and wanted a refund. They offered a refund of the cleaning fee but refused to give me a complete refund because we didn't give them a chance to make it right. The agreement is that the renter isn't allowed to check in before 4 so that they have time to clean the property. At this point I was so grossed out that I couldn't stay. BEWARE! VRBO has no control over any of this and there are no repercussions on the property owners. I have no doubt that this will happen to someone else.

This is a very nice, clean home. It is in a newer neighborhood. The email prior to arrival said to enter the garage and was provided a code. The code did not work. We messaged & called & left a vm. We called again and was told the code doesnt work, the key is under the mat. Communication was a bit of a challenge. I sent the owner 3 different messages through the VRBO app asking if we could get a late check out, if there was a coffee pot and also to let him know the door code wasnt working. I never recieved a response. 1 complaint the owner has no control of. The dogs next door barked and whined much of the night and whenever we tried to use the backyard. The kitchen is very nice. There was a panset missing lids. No kitchen knife set. No cookie sheets or baking dishes. We Cook. This house will comfortably sleep 6 in 3 beds. The other 4 would have to sleep on 2 QS airbeds we found in closets and a pack n play for 2 infants. To say this house sleeps 12 is true but misleading. Not 12 Adults. One of the air mattresses had some white secretions on them that should have been cleaned and sanitized. The Ring camera inside the living room window was intrusive on our privacy. I liked this property and would stay here again If I needed a place in TF now that I know better what to expect. We ended up having 12 show up and some stayed in a hotel because we could not accomodate them. Wonderful house if you know its limitations.

Home was new and nice but listing is very inaccurate. Listing states it has 6 beds and sleeps 12. Home had 2 queens and 1 king. That is not a home that sleeps 5 grown men after playing golf all day. Home was clean but prepared to sleep on the floor or sleep 4 to a bed.

The garage code did not work and we got no response from the property manager. We were able to access the unit with a hidden key. The property manager did not communicate to us that the garbage needed to go out to the curb for pickup or did they come by to take care of it. I did however notice that the other cans were on the street and took care of it. The house was listed as having more beds than listed, I think the listing should say that other beds were air mattresses and not beds. Sleeping arrangements did workout and that did not impact our stay.

This property was very clean, spacious, stocked appropriately, and relaxing to live in for a few days. We wished we could have stayed longer. We did have an issue with the garage and the hosts were out there within an hour of getting our message to help us fix it. We highly recommend this property.
