The staff was very efficient and helpful. The food is really good.

If your room faces the river, you will have a lot of noise from the bars and restaurants on the other bank. In summer they go on until 1 or 2 am and it is impossible to leave your window open and it is too hot at night.

Hotel was under building construction. They did not warned us for that. Builders started at 6.30.

A desk in the room was missed - difficult to do work there Only two small pillows, we got another two on request - so that was good Not enough hooks to place towels in the bathroom The shower did not provide sufficient amount of water - with other words that should have ben better The floor heating in the bathroom did not come on properly - cold feets are not nice

The hotel advertise as a dog friendly hotel . However only one room is available for people travelling with pets, so no choice . This room is next to the machinery of the ventilation system of the hotel. When we travel with our dog, we like to open the window . However the noise from ventilatoren was untolerabe. Staff both at breakfast room and reception looked tired and moody

Like the welcoming atmosphere. The view from the cafeteria and the rooms. The parking availability.

The sliding doors at the elevator was scratched from the wall when was opening. Not refilling the empty plates at the buffet in breakfast. Guessing because of lack of employees. Was waiting for someone to ask for cappuccino but was busy in kitchen. When I mentioned to the reception they were very sorry and offered me a coffee but then we were already check out. Cant complain for the receptionist. The food in restaurant was tasty but little portions and expensive.
