The owner of the property and the staff are very friendly and hospitable. The apartment was so clean and tidy. I’m planning to come back agin with my family.

As a frequent traveler, I have come to expect certain basic services from hotels with a 3-5 star rating, but unfortunately, this property failed to meet even those minimal expectations. One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the lack of essential amenities. It is baffling that a hotel of this caliber does not provide simple items like silpper or extra blankets. These are basic necessities that should be readily available to guests, regardless of the star rating. It is disheartening to see The Address Hotel Apartments neglecting such fundamental requirements. What truly irked me was the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the owner of apartment #4209. Despite making promises and highlighting privileges in the booking application, he failed to deliver on any of them. This level of deceit and false advertising is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of not only the owner but also the entire hotel. The lackluster service and unfulfilled promises have left me questioning how The Address Hotel Apartments allows such negligence to persist. It is evident that there is a severe lack of attention to detail and a disregard for customer satisfaction within this establishment. I would caution potential guests against staying here unless significant improvements are made in terms of service quality, attention to detail, and fulfilling promised privileges.
