Excellent location and host. Close to everything Japanese from Nelson Adkins Museum, Loose Park Japanese Garden, yummy Kabuki Restaurant, Mama Ramen and Yuki at the River Market
House was charming with Boho feel and equipped with what we needed. 4 adults and perfect for co workers celebrating 5 years. Quiet neighborhood and cozy restful sleep brds very comfortable. If we needed the host which we did not Im sure would've been fast to respond. Would stay again this was a stay-cation for us! Five out of five stars.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was quite spacious, in a great location; walkable to many restaurants, and the neighbor was very quiet.

My family and I were here for our son’s college graduation. The property is spacious and well kept. The location is convenient to restaurants. We were also able to walk over to Loose Park. Our host, David, checked on us several times to see if we needed anything while at the property and to make sure our stay was comfortable. We definitely recommend this property.

I am originally from the KC area and while visiting family, needed a larger place to stay than the normal hotel for a belated Christmas celebration. We absolutely loved this property. The rooms are large and spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had all the basics that were needed and the property was very clean. Communications with the property manager were excellent and we had no issues at all.
Location was spot on - felt very safe and were 1/2 mile from Whole Foods with a Price Chopper also close by and multiple options for eating out. Also located less than a mile from the Plaza.

We enjoyed this neat older house with its tasteful updates but many original features too. The 5 bedrooms allowed the kids to have their own room. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go too. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to KC.

We had superior communication with the owner and everything was clean and ready for us. The location was excellent for visiting the Plaza and other places in KC. A huge plus was off street parking for our 3 vehicles! We will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends who need a great spot for a group to stay!

Seven girlfriends gathered for our longstanding annual girls’ weekend. The home is spacious, clean, and in a great location. Very close to the Country Club Plaza, and even closer to local restaurants and a Whole Foods. Older home with modern amenities and interior design. Five bedrooms with very comfortable beds and plenty of pillows and linens. Easy parking right in back of the house for three cars. The owner is so easy to communicate with and very nice. We loved our stay and highly recommend!

Great spot for a bunch of dads to getaway for some bbq and hang out in KC, cool historic neighborhood with everything we needed close by. house well equipped, warm and comfortable despite the cold November rain. Cracked coffee pot replaced within a day (thanks to very responsive property managers and I guess Jeff Bezos too)
