La ubicación es excelente, las instalaciones también! La alberca está padrisima y la atención del personal es muy buena, todos son muy amables y serviciales. El servicio de bar es muy bueno también.

Tuvimos muchos inconvenientes con la regadera del baño, la presión era casi nula y se tuvo que llamar varias veces a mantenimiento, durante todo el alojamiento no salió el agua como debería... aun así la atención del personal siempre fue amable y con actitud de servicio. Aunque si consideramos que podría mejorar esta situación en relación costo-beneficio, de igual manera con el desayuno, aunque los alimentos que preparan a la carta son muy ricos, por el costo por noche se podría incluir algo además de fruta, café y un pan de dulce.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, überhaupt war der Garten und der Pool sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück (à la carte) war ebenfalls sehr lecker! Sehr gefallen hat uns der mexikanische Stil. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden! In die Innenstadt sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.

The views from the balcony were cool. The pool area was picturesque and well landscaped. The parking valets were polite and prompt. Once tipped, the bell boy brought ice quickly.

The reception area was cluttered and dirty. The breakfast was poor. There were no decaf beans, only nescafe if I wanted decaf. The caffeinated coffee was weak and tasteless. The fruit was a small amount, the bread items offered without butter were also stale. My husband ordered huevos rancheros (which were not on the free breakfast) and they arrived in a large soup of sauce that came from a can. I ordered avocado toast which were abysmal - the toast wasn't toasted and served one on top of another with avocado smeared on each, with a large slab of unmelted cheese on top, and balsamic glaze drizzled on top - a soggy mess. We left on our second morning without getting the breakfast. The service could not careless if we liked the meal and did not enquire when I barely ate any of it. However, I think this was all due to the distance from Mexico City and lack of sophistication. The price was WAY too high for the level of sophistication. The room was sparsely furnished with no comfy chair, even though there was plenty of room. There were no bedside lamps for reading. The closet had no doors, even thought there was plenty of room.
