Absolutely a 5 star experience . We were welcomed by the owner and whisked away to a fabulous experience. The suites are incredible and the service is just exceptional. We were treated like we were family and we will definitely come back ! Absolutely beautiful

Comfortable modern room with full amenities. Attentive and helpful staff who were proactive and responded positively to every request. Location is fabulous, overlooking the town and the bay. Recommend you rent a car or ATV to fully explore the island.

During our recent trip to the enchanting island of Milos, my husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Civitas Hotel, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that set the tone for our entire stay.
Civitas Hotel boasts an unbeatable location We found it incredibly convenient to explore the island. The hotel's proximity to local attractions made our daily adventures hassle-free and enjoyable. Our room was a haven of comfort and luxury. It was tastefully decorated with modern amenities and a touch of Cycladic charm. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room's cleanliness was impeccable.
The staff at Civitas Hotel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The front desk staff were so friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request. They provided excellent recommendations for local dining and activities, making our experience even more memorable.
Civitas Hotel exudes a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The tasteful design and tranquil surroundings created the perfect environment for unwinding and enjoying the beauty of Milos. There was also a mother cat that recently gave birth to two adorable kittens. They were so cute!!!!
We've actually visited Milos about 5 or 6 times and have stayed at several wonderful places. But, we've already agreed that on our next return trip there is no need to look any further. We are coming back to Civitas! Thank you all!

The property was centrally located, well maintained, and cared for.
The staff was very polite and informative. They were also eager to offer suggestions and checked on us daily to ensure we were doing well. It was a great stay and we really enjoyed our time on the island.

Beautiful property, professional and knowledgeable staff, and easy to find from the main town, just make sure to have a rental car/ATV to get around the island! The private pool and patio can’t be beat! Don’t hesitate to book!

We loved our stay in Milos at Civitas. The suite was very comfortable with great amenities, especially the private pool with a great view over the main town Adamas and the harbour. The staff are incredibly kind and had great communication in the days before and during our stay, and they provide a great breakfast each morning. The location is very central on the island - a short drive to the main town and 10-15 minutes to most of the popular beaches. We look forward to staying again.

The property is stunning. And you feel special because there are only 6 units there. The individual pools outside of each room are a special feature to savor, not to mention the stunning views of Milos. Due to a transportation delay, we did not arrive until after 1 a.m., and there was Adonis, waiting for us, offering us welcome drinks and charming hospitality. This is an amazing place. You can't go wrong!!

Civitas has exceeded our expectations of a luxury stay! The friendly service compliments the beautiful rooms and view. The location is perfect, with easy parking. Will definitely be coming back at some stage!

Great stay with views of the bay. Friendly staff who helped arrange for car rental and in room massage therapy. Not walking distance but drives are short distance (10-15 minutes away). Road conditions vary around the island and very narrow at some parts but having a car is a must as the island isn’t really walkable or pedestrian friendly. Would stay there again if visiting Milos.

If you're looking for the perfect boutique hotel, look no further! Adonis, Tina, and staff were just amazing and really made my week-long stay special.. Brand new hotel, perfect rooms, and private pools with sea view from half a km away.. The wonders of Milos definitely captured my heart, and I will stay at Civitas on my next visit for sure!

The property has very unique and beautiful design. The cleaning service was the best we ever see. The only thing is the property in the middle of the island so will need to rent a car or organize transfer before going to any place.

I travel a lot and in many countries. Civitas Milos is an exceptional property and value. The stay was very comfortable. The property is quite new ~1 yr. It was like a new house as they maintain it very well. Upon arrival we were greeted and helped with our baggage as you would be at a 5 star hotel. At the reception, we were provided insight into the opportunities on Milos as well as recommendations. Assistance in making arrangements was offered as well. In the room refreshments were provided: coffee, water and coke. It is a small hotel and so it is quite private. There is a morning breakfast where you can have coffee and light nourishment which is perfect for a day at the beach. We were very happy with the amenities as well as the housekeeping. Highly recommended!

We had a perfect stay at Civitas Milos. The hospitality was above and beyond from the family-run boutique hotel, even fetching us on the road when we were lost. Rooms are modern, spacious, clean, with beautiful views. While you’re on a more remote road, the harbour, restaurant and beaches are very accessible - just 10 mins away mostly. Lovely simple continental breakfast in the morning, with good cappuccinos. Recommendations around the island were spot on. (A few of our faves were Yialos, Mikros Apouplos, and Okto restaurants, Yankos for gyros, and Firiolaka and Sarakino beaches.) We highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a lovely Milos stay!

Superb property in a fantastic condition. Away from the centre of town, extremely peaceful location and each room offers great privacy. All members of staff provided the most premium level of hospitality, Konstantina in particular went above and beyond to ensure our stay was stress free, seamless and memorable. You will need to hire a vehicle to really enjoy your time in Milos as this property is more remote than others.
Thank you to Civitas Milos and the team for an incredible experience. I cannot recommend this property enough to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Milos. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

This property has the best staff and customer service I have experienced in my life. Adonis made us feel right at home for our 3 night stay. He helped us plan our activities in regards to weather and distance by showing us a map and suggesting best times to do each activity. He even helped us with our car rental and restaurant reservations. The complementary breakfast was a nice touch and the staff prepared us any coffee of our choice. The hotel itself is so beautiful and tranquil. Very clean, private, and spacious. We made sure to spend enough time in the hotel; ordering wine and enjoying the pool.

We had an exceptional stay at Civitas! We stayed here for 6 days and we absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back!! This hotel is so beautiful!! It was everything we imagined from the photos. The staff are all wonderful and so helpful! The breakfast every morning is lovely and they make excellent cappuccinos. The pool and room is so amazing that you will just want to stay there the whole day. We’ve had other private pools in Santorini but loved this one more. The area is very central and quick access to all the popular spots like sarakiniko beach, klima, plaka, adamas etc. There is an adorable cat on their property as well named civi that will hopefully greet you at breakfast. This hotel was absolutely a highlight of our entire trip to Greece and we highly recommend that you stay here. You will be so happy that you did! ❤️

Honestly I can’t say enough good things about Civitas. Only about a 5 min drive from the Port. 1.5 mile run. Tina, Adonnis, Alex and the whole staff was fantastic. Above and beyond service. Anything we needed they took care of. If you are on the fence because there are only 10 reviews.. Book it! You will not be disappointed. Probably the best overall experience I’ve ever had traveling! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back.

Mature and so professional service manners. Architecturally designed to be private. Details amazed me. Private pool bigger than you imagine is also designed to be very private. Looking up the starry sky from poolside bed you can actually sleep on overnight was amazing. If you miss this pool villa from your Milos visit you are missing too much.

This is a great boutique hotel with great staff and facilities. It is about 10 minutes from Adamas and it is convenient to have a buggy/rental car when staying here to travel around the island.

This property was beautiful and the family that owns it was even nicer! They made my sister and I feel very welcomed and were quick to respond with any need that was requested. I highly recommend the property. Many things are spread out in Milos so I would recommend getting a rental car to explore the island. Everywhere we ate was fantastic and the people there are so kind and hospitable. I honestly wish we would have stayed longer to see more!
