Questa villa con 3 camere e 2 bagni si trova in una posizione invidiabile per esplorare Yaiza. Se non hai un mezzo, potrai raggiungere in 11 minuti a piedi Playa Flamingo, mentre avrai a 3 minuti Playa Blanca, se sei in macchina. Parco Acquatico Aqualava si trova a soli 6 minuti a piedi, quindi non ti serve la macchina per arrivarci. Perché non la lasci presso il tuo alloggio, che offre anche un parcheggio? Se invece hai voglia di guidare, ti bastano 6 minuti per raggiungere Marina Rubicón.
Non ti mancherà niente qui e potrai sentirti proprio a casa tua. Perché? Ad esempio perché potrai approfittare di servizi e comfort come una piscina riscaldata, Wi-Fi gratuito, aria condizionata e ferro e asse da stiro. This property was located within steps of all the restaurants and shopping in Marina Rubicon. It was about a 15 minute walk into Playa Blanca along the scenic boardwalk. The house had a full kitchen and was well equipped for cooking. The large patio and pool were wonderful and warm enough to use in January. Marylise and Bernard were wonderful hosts and just a text message away. They were kind enough to provide us with drinks, basic toiletries and essentials needed for the washer and dishwasher...items we don’t travel with. Overall a great vacation and a wonderful introduction to Lanzarote.

The villa is spacious and well equipped. The heated pool is a real bonus, we enjoyed it most afternoons, especially as the patio is sheltered from the prevailing northerly winds. Access to the supermarket and marina are easy but you are slightly away from the main drag. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating.
The only down side is that some of the beds have plastic backed
under sheets which makes them very sticky at night.

The property was in an ideal location very close to the marina and shopping centre. The patio area got the sun from 1100 - 1730 and was a real sun trap.
The accommodation was in need of a clean as it was quite dusty and I had to buy cleaning products to do this myself. It was let down by having cheap towels and bed linen and only 1 of the twin beds was made up. You could clearly hear the people in the accommodation next door through the wall, closing doors, flushing the toilet and talking.

Loved this rental. Great location only minutes away from the marina with many bars and restaurants. The villa itself had everything you could possibly need and the Owners were first class at keeping in touch to ensure no problems. I couldnt fault anything and cannot reccomend highly enough. We will definitely go back at some point .

This villa is a little gem, it was very close to the Marina and everything that was going on without it being intrusive. 10 out of 10 for location. It was easily walkable in 5 to 10 minutes depending on your ability and is all on the flat. The villa itself was perfect, it was clean, comfortable and easily met all our needs.
Marylise and Bernard were the perfect hosts, extremely helpful and friendly and very nice people. We could not fault communication or their assistance.
We would recommend this villa and the hosts to anyone, it is perfectly placed for exploring the Playa Blanca region as well as being only 35 minutes from the airport.
Time permitting we are very much looking forward to going back to stay.

Our dealings with Marylise and Bernard before the trip were very easy and it was lovely to be met by them when we arrived. They couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful and were always available with a problem - the only one we had was the TV switching itself off. The villa is delightful, in a small and quiet cul de sac - only a sea view would make it more perfect! Everything you could ask for is provided and it is a lovely comfortable villa. We managed without a car for the first time on Lanzarote as you have all facilities you need within 5 minutes walk - bars, restaurants and a supermarket!
All in all a great location and by far the most welcoming hosts we have encountered in 12 years - thank you very much to you both!

Had great stay at this villa .... Marylise even went the extra mile and found a mobility scooter hire company for my Mum which was much appreciated.... located a few minutes from Marina area with a pick of shops & restaurants
