Just plain wonderful.

It was very nice. The room was a good size. There was a commons room with sofas, tables, games, coffee, ice, and a refrigerator that anyone could use. The grounds are beautiful. The steak restaurant on site was excellent. The morning breakfast was good.

The bathtub drain was clogged and in a completely bad condition! I have to standing in the dirty water while showering!horrible ever!

The property is outstanding. Unfortunately, we had only one night there. This one of those places that you want to enjoy more.

The tub had jets but it didn’t work. Went to go swim but the pool wasn’t great and it’s sinking in on one side due to property I’m assuming starting to wash out so we just got out! However the property was beautiful and the check in was smooth! Wanted to eat at the restaurant that’s there on property but I wouldn’t spend 50 plus for one meal.

I had booked the Sycamore room, but received an email saying that there were plumbing issues and I would be switched to a different room. This was not a problem, although the room I received was significantly smaller. The home is beautiful, but the bedstead was wobbly, there were no instructions on how to use the television services, and at times it was noisy outside in the front of the building where my room was. I was supposed to have a self-serve breakfast, but the building where breakfast was to be was locked. No one responded to my messages nor did I receive a credit or refund for the lack of an included service. While it's a beautiful place, I would not stay here again. I believe that I was the only person in the building, and the front door being left unlocked was disconcerting.

Amazing time with my Fiancé. Everyone was so nice and friendly. What a beautiful property and a stunning room.

Overall, the stay was 10/10. The room was spacious, and easy to access. Due to being Christmas Day, only us and one other couple were in the inn at the time, so it was very peaceful and quiet. The driveway also had nice Christmas lights set up. The only thing that we noticed was there was a used sock shoved in between the mattress and the foot board. Loved our stay, and will be back!

It was very nice and cozy would stay here again. Only negatives, was heat in the room never got above 63 despite being on 72 they did have electric heater in room but it wasn’t very effective and when we got up to check on breakfast next door it was locked uptight. I do believe that we were the only guests that night but we did get a cup of coffee in the Inn where the rooms are. So overall I still give a 9.8 out of 10. (By the way my wife likes to keep it 4 or 5 degrees colder than I do so room temp didn’t really bother her)

Beautiful location. Very quiet. Grounds are walkable. Safety concern for lack of grab handles in tub/shower. Safety concern as main door to inn is never locked and no staff is on site. I would stay here again.

Overall location is great, clean, beautiful. I love the fact they have a whirlpool tub. Yes i recommend yall book there. But the one Downfall they offer complimentary breakfast between 7-9, it was nothing out. The lady Didnt show up till 9:35. It was to late then.my hubby gotten us something to eat. I reach out to the host about it to see what was going on. And i have never gotten a reply yet...Sorry for the inconvenience or anything. So i just feel like there need to be some kind of communication when peoples book..

We needed a quick stay near Southaven for a concert and all of the hotels were so expensive. I had never heard of Bonne Terre so wasn’t sure what to expect. We stayed in the Sycamore room and everything was perfect. We had our own room and bathroom and everything was so beautifully decorated and clean. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was huge. We didn’t wake up for breakfast but there was complimentary coffee in the shared living room. Definitely will stay again if we’re in the area.

I enjoyed the beautiful property and room that I stayed in. It was like a plantation room and board with more classic and modern amenities. I would stay here again and invite others to try it out and navigate away from the normal hotel motel experience.

We spent a few nights here for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was so enjoyable! Such a quiet, beautiful property! We ate dinner at the steakhouse one night and it was amazing. The breakfast, however, was nothing to talk about…tried it the first morning and didn’t go back. Microwavable pancakes (and without syrup at that) aren’t too appetizing.🙃 Otherwise, it was a very lovely place to visit and we’d love to go again someday!

This was the most beautiful property and so easy to check into. I was so pleased with our stay and the staff that was there in the morning was so sweet and attentive. I wish we lived closer to stay more often.

For a bed and breakfast this was not what we expected. No fridge, no microwave , noone there. Hot in the room, we turned ac down just was still hot. Bed very hard, and you could tell the owner doesnt want to spend money on it. Its a shame the original owners didnt do this. I booked this as a surprise overnight getaway for my husband and myself and was very disappointed. I usually go to Big Cypress Lodge Bass Pro in Memphis or the Rosemount Inn in Little Rock bed and breakfast but I thought I would give this a try. I was very disappointed. If you want a tru bed and breakfast or even something above a hotel do not stay here. If you do not care about tge extras and just want a place to stay then it will work. We just wont be back.

We LOVED the privacy that we had the whole time we were here. We had the Inn to ourselves which was nice. Stayed and swam and fished on Sat. Sonya, your bartending staff was great! She was so kind and helpful and so was Leia. We had a wonderful Time

Arrived after dark so didn’t appreciate the beauty of this property till next morning. 😮 wow!! Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very good with some different choices. Looking forward to a return visit!

Massive grounds that are run to walk around. Designed for weddings and events, but also great as a B & B on it's own. Close to Memphis and many things to do in the area. Loved it; would stay again!

Our stay was excellent. The room was clean and everything was seamless.

Lovely out of the way place to refresh and relax

There were no refrigerators in the house itself no way to get ice but other than that it was pretty nice
