It would have been perfect other than they charged me too much. I had to show my reservation email to get them to charge the correct amount.

The place is not the newest you will find, but it was clean and really good. The parking was big enough for almost any car but the best for me was the breakfast that was included and had a lot of variety.

Wonderful stay!! It’s right next to an amazing park, plenty of restaurants, and shops. All the folks working there make you feel at home and welcome. I highly recommend staying here :)

This property is really clean , safe and contable.

Upon arrival I was charged extra because I did add my 1 year old daughter. Next morning went down to eat in the “included breakfast”. We were told that only one person was able to eat.

The hotel staff were great and very accommodating. Welcoming atmosphere and the area was excellent was able to walk around and not fear anything.
One thing I would suggest is the size of the beds. They are small, maybe full size, not enough space for big people.

I had a suite on the 9th floor. Great views of the city. The bed was so comfortable. Staff were helpful with every request. I would highly recommend the hotel..Lots of dining options neat ny.

Fantastic staff! Angie at the front desk was so helpful (everyone was, but she helped me daily so I am mentioning her specifically), and Mario at breakfast every day helped me get what I needed - really appreciate the kindness of both of them as well as the entire staff, made the stay really great

This is a new, very nice hotel. It has all the amenities and very good service. It is easy to get to and in a relatively safe area. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom clean. Unfortunately, since it's on a main road it can be a little noisy at night. Overall, definitely worth the price.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area of the city, the breakfast buffet is very good and the staff is friendly and helpful, the only drawback for me was that the windows in the rooms are not soundproof and the traffic noise could be very disturbing

This property is a renovated old building and they have failed to upgrade a/c in rooms. Even though the weather in Quito is mostly pleasant, there were hot days during my stay. I switched to three different rooms because of malfunction of a/c units. Everything else just ok. I received a phone call from manager on duty the next day which is truly appreciated. Good breakfast, good location

The view from the room was great at night. The bed was so confortable. Always clean, when I go out for my job, the room was like the first day. The breakfast was great also, imposible to test everything they offer. I would come back.

They have something similar like taxi, the service is good, if you ask them to take around the city, they'll take you to the place that you would requested even more. Tip isn't necessary but, they'll do their job to make you tip them. The service is great.

Coffee machine nor refrigerator were plugged in nor ready. I didnt get any coffee packets until two days in my trip.
There was brown water coming from the sink every morning. You had to leave it running for a while for it to be clean.

The La Quinta was an excellent property that provided a very enjoyable stay. Our room was spacious with an outer living area and then the bedroom behind a wall. The breakfast was included and was very good with some variety each day. The staff were courteous and helpful and the hotel provided a driver onsite whom we could hire for transportation to the historic center, which was very convenient. I rated the facilities 4 stars instead of 5 because of two things: 1.) the couch in our living area was broken down and difficult to sit on; and 2.) some of the equipment in the fitness room was in bad repair or didn't work at all. Otherwise, the facilities were excellent and the surrounding area was very nice with Carolina Park right across the street.

The front desk staff were very friendly and able to speak some English, which helped.
The breakfast buffet was very good. It was included with our room, but would be worth the $10.
The room was spacious, which was nice. On the downside, the curtains did not close all the way so light was coming in at 6:00 am. Our room was on the street side of the building so the noise was a bit loud at night. Firmer pillows would have helped, they were very light.

It was a good stay, friendly staff, nice clean room with an upgrade, nice clean bathroom with all the amenities, free water bottles and a nice size fridge, breakfast was great with lots of options and made to eggs as well as hot food and a large selection of fruits.
The area is great , across the street from Quicentro shopping mall and parque la Carolina.. it was a complete enjoyable stay.
