The room was large and had a lot of space. Everything was very clean and the people there were nice and friendly

It's an old style motel that has been refinished and is nice and simple and clean with whatever amenities you need. The bed was very comfortable too and the shower had good water pressure.

What an awful hotel. Place is run down (which I can overlook) but they charge you the most and give you the least. Tv did not work, husband had to unplug, reset and mess around with cables multiple times before it worked. If you don’t know much about tv’s you won’t be able to watch it. Heater did not work, they give you a small portable one. Noisy doesn’t even begin to describe it- busy area so lots of children screaming, horns honkin, engines rubbing, trains, people speaking loudly, and last but not least, music blaring until 1am. We called both police and hotel to see if they could help with the blaring music which was located directly behind us in a towns hall event center. Police laughed at us and said it’s not high priority so deal with it, hotel shrugged their shoulders and said it happens every weekend so oh well. If you stay here just know that your quietness is absolutely not a priority to the hotel, they don’t give a hoot if you actually get to sleep/ motel six is a funner experience- I’d head there before coming back

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We checked in late with 2 small children and they kindly upgraded us to a suite. We loved being so close to the beach. Great location, we were able to walk everywhere, beaches, restaurants and ice cream. It was a very relaxing time. I would stay there again.

Run down motel, a lot of things are falling apart. But it was quiet, beds were OK, and it's close to the beach. I'd rather stay elsewhere, but it would be OK to stay up there 1-2 nights again if there is no other options.

Nice room, no problems, staff was outstanding

when I first went to check in the lady that checked me in was so rude I couldn’t believe it. She’s lucky that her coworker was super sweet and very helpful and thankfully I had to deal with her later on when my TV didn’t work and she made sure that that got fixed.

Stayed two nights. I was concerned about some of the reviews. I had a lovely visit. Renovations look so good. Quiet after 10 pm. The bed was very comfortable. As an older single lady, I felt quite safe.

The front desk person was nice. But the room was very dirty and it smelled like mildew. We didn’t even bother staying the night because it was so small and smelled gross.

The hotel was fine for one night, they have good wifi and a friendly front desk staff. The room was pretty dirty especially in the corners. Tv didn’t work. Pretty area and it’s kind of what you expect with the price.

Everything was clean and pleasant, the only thing that wasn't good was the disinfectant odor. Other than that it was an excellent value

Did not look like the pictures at all. My wife said it resembles a rundown CSI crime scene from the outside. But it lacks on the outside it makes up on the inside comfortable bed clean working on renovations. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was terrible. The TV was running on an Amazon fire stick so no entertainment and couldn’t do anything.

Would stay again

Booked this through Expedia and made an error on the date. Tried to change with Expedia and the front desk person declined to help. I called directly and was told that I lied to Expedia about why I wanted to cancel and rebook. The receptionist actually told me I lied on the phone. Why would I lie about making an error? I finally spoke to a manager that did help me rebook for the next day. For that I am thankful. Employees that act like he did, do not belong in hospitality. The place is old and not updated. I had to ask for towels (only two present for 3 adults). The tv did not work. I asked for help and never received it.

Good motel, close to the beach. Safe and clean property.

They are trying to clean up an old Travel Lodge property. There is a lot of work to be done. Because of the old floor plan, poor access to the bath room, it will never be an excellent property.

Downtown, easy, affordable, clean

This is a value priced property. You get what you pay for. But I have nothing negative to say about our stay there.

First of all, the name on Expedia is misleading—the hotel's actual name is Omeo Suites. Thankfully, I read the reviews first, so I knew we were in the right place. The best thing about this motel is its location; it’s close to everything. We easily walked to Glass Beach and nearby dining options. But, the property itself leaves much to be desired. The room was not clean. I always check the beds for bedbugs—thankfully, there were no signs of them—but the sheets clearly hadn’t been changed. I found a few strands of hair inside the sheets. The bathroom was also not up to par; there were hairs in the bathtub, and the bath mat was old and falling apart. The toilet seat was particularly alarming; it looked dirty at first, but it turned out to be just old and scratched. The chair in the room was another issue. It was filthy, with dirt, hair, and what appeared to be pee stains on it. I didn’t bother complaining to the staff since it was a busy holiday week, and I assumed there were no other rooms available—or that they’d be in a similar state. I’m giving this place 3 stars solely because of its convenient location.

Check in and out í a breeze. I like most about front desk staff ( forgot his name !) very friendly.

The floors were filthy. The bottom of my feet were black within minutes of walking barefoot. The mattress was hard as rock and both my husband and I woke up with back pain. The shampoo, soap dispensers were located outside of the shower. The vent in the bathroom was so loud we couldn’t hear each other speak and that was amazing considering the room was very very small. It was cheap and we just needed a place to lay our head and brush our teeth but I would never stay here again. It’s not worth it.
