Loved the pool, walk to the beach and the refrigerator! Washer and dryer was very nice too.

The kids beds were hard. We had to go buy roach spray to kill the bugs. My kids were screaming and couldn’t sleep first night because they was afraid of the bugs.

Location to pool and beach. 3 bedrooms 2 and a half baths. Parking was good. Washer and dryer in unit. Toys were left for enjoyment by owner.

The freezer went out immediately and we lost about $40 worth of groceries. It would have been nice to get reimbursed. The beds with the exception of the master bedrooms were terrible including the vet sprung sofa bed.

How close it is to the beach

No pool and very noisy

The apartment was large enough for our family and we appreciated it was ready much earlier than our arrival time. The location was also in a great spot for beach access.

The apartment itself was dirty. There was trash from previous renters left under the couch and in some of the drawers. They didn't leave any extra toilet paper or trash bags for us to use either. Good thing we brought our own. There was no dustpan to finish sweeping and the shower station to rinse off by the beach was not working either.

Nice access to the beach. Hot Tub and Pool area was nice.

The 10 digit code required to unlock the door and the lock was very sensitive with it taking multiple tries to unlock the door.
