I thought it was exactly as described. Very friendly. In a good location. Clean and tidy Very good value for money

The soundproofing between the rooms is poor but luckily we had some interesting neighbours so we didn't mind listening to their conversations, or their music.

It was close to where we were going and very reasonable price wise

about 10 min bus ride to city centre, had everything we needed (washing machine, huge kitchen, mini mart downstairs, bus stop right outside). Was nice and quiet and room was perfect size for two people. place was clean and tidy.

Noisy neighbours coming in at 4 am and turning their speakers on and shouting

People coming back at 7.30 in the morning making loads of noise woke us up

The bed was either low quality or old you could feel the springs coming through the mattress, the bedding was of low quality too. We were booked in for 3 nights but only stayed 2, we got no offer of a refund when I messaged Jey and told him (see photo). Apart from the bed being uncomfortable we had to put up with noisy residents which went on until 3.30 am then we were wakened up at 8am with someone banging on the front door and having a very loud argument with someone. If ur fussy about where u stay then avoid this place

On a bus route straight into city centre , so no need for taxis unless coming back late. Very comfortable beds , and kettle and supplies upon arrival. Not en suite but a full shower / toilet room to each floor. Very good value for the money.

Nothing at all would definitely stay again.

The area wouldn't be best for tourists looking for nice views etc but only one train stop into Liverpool and plenty to do. My stay was for work, so was located perfectly for myself and is great for an overnight stay

It was very fresh and clean, nice and helpful staff. Very nice and well-stocked kitchen if you want to cook your own food. Good bus connections with the bus stop right outside the accommodation. We can absolutely recommend this accommodation.

The place was clean and had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy. It’s about 15 minutes walk to the main city of Liverpool and there also runs a a bus from right in front of the house!
