The place was clean and nice the breakfast was overpriced and then parking on top of it you can stay near by at the holiday in for a few more dollars but free parking and a free breakfast

We stayed a night to see the Blue Angels and had a great time. Jake upgraded our room which was very sweet. It was also my husbands birthday and our late anniversary trip which made the trip even better with an upgrade at no cost. The only issue we had was parking due to an event that evening. Other that that it was a great stay.

We had a great stay. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a clean location and room. Only 10 mins from the beach. We wished the pool stayed open later. Especially on the weekend nights. They closed at 9

The stay was great however was disappointed with check in. Thought my reservation was for a different view. Was told “when people book through 3rd party sites they get promised a lot but we see none of those. Sorry!” Room across hall had dog that barked from 10am-8p.

Great downtown location. Walking distance to several restaurants, shops. Newer property, clean. I was staying under 2 separate reservations- and despite discussing this at check-in, I was locked out of my room and had to go explain it all again and get new key cards.

The bathroom fan just had a knocking sound all night.
But service was good. I got back to my room late. I informed them after a checked out so the next person would not have to deal with it.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff within walking distance to the Bay Center which is why we were there. We go to Pensacon every year. This is the first time we've stayed close to the event. We had a wonderful time, will definitely be back. Only inconvenience is there isn't enough parking.

Exceptionally clean, nice room with huge shower. Modern facilities and decor. Very comfortable. Front desk clerk was so friendly, quick, and professional. Offered water bottles and dog biscuits at check in. Will definitely stay here again.
