The apartment it’s self is very well set out lovely space for 6-8 people. The room was clean, light and had a very welcoming feel. Beds were like sleeping clouds, sofa beds not so much but they are still relatively comfortable. The street was very quiet for a ground floor flat we heard nothing all night.

Not all of the windows opened up so it did get warm in there when the sun was out, but all blinds worked and provided shade when needed.

Very clean, modern property in a great location. Very good communication from 80 by Elite making checking in and out Very easy. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom lovely! Wifi worked well for us no issues at all. No noise issues for us - even being close to the city centre. Location good - walking distance to Liverpool One and Albert Docks.

The apartment got hot on the second day, with no AC, it might have been helpful to know how to open the windows more? They were on a lock (great for families with kids) if we'd been there for a second night I would have messaged to ask and I'm sure they would have been helpful with this too!

Well located, close to the station and the city centre, as well as the cathedral and Chinese quarter. The managing team was efficient. We had a power outage that was quickly solved with good communication.

As mentioned, there are several apartments linked with the advert and you don't know which one you'll get. We ended up with the blue one (blue sofa and bed head), which is a basement, with a window you can't open. Almost no natural light and a lot of humidity (our towels never dried on a 4 nights trip, which was pretty uncomfortable). Linens and towels were not perfectly clean (stains). Besides, there is no door to the bedroom, no table or chairs to have lunch/breakfast. It is maybe OK for a couple, but it is definitely not for a 3 people stay, which is confirmed by the bad sofa.

Bedrooms very hot could do with better fans

Really good area, 10 mins walk away from Liverpool One and all of the nightlife and really easy to get to. The place itself was lovely and clean.

Perfect little place for me to stay with my children. Kitchen allowed me to cater for my sons eating needs Love the old building and stair cases. Perfect spot to remember location being near the Catherdral.

With being south facing was so warm if I could have opened the side door would have helped us be more comfortable.

Could’ve done with some shampoo and shower gel in the shower as we forgot ours!

Fast and friendly communication, easy self check-in, really clean and lovely apartment with comfortable beds.

Only thing lacking was a sweeping brush and shower gel/shampoo, though I probably should've thought of bringing the latter myself.

The location was fantastic, close to Liverpool 1, and local halal foods just around the corner, the apartment is located in a safe and quiet place which we enjoyed our late afternoon strolls.The apartment was small but comfortable with all modern amenities.

The property was very clean and quiet , close to the university for the graduation. They let us enter early which was brilliant .

The owner of the property was the most helpful person I've came across when booking somewhere to stay , she was so pleasant and helped with so many things , would strongly reccomend going to this property and staying brilliant location close to anything you need , comfortable stay and clean inside the property beds was comfortable and very spacious.

Close to the city centre and staff were very helpful and nice.

The apartment felt like such a treat, It felt like luxury. Really affordable when split between friends. The space and openness was beautiful.

During the May bank Holiday weekend the weather was in the 20s, It was hot especially in the apartment. We would of liked to be able to open the windows more. We would of also liked to off been able to use the balcony space or back garden area.
