Fab location, value for money, lovely staff

Beautiful location, the lodge was perfect for a weekend away with the girls - open plan design which was great for conversation. Hot tub was brilliantly clean. Beds were comfy and showers powerful.

I agree with previous reviews in that the lodge was a bit "tired" although we didn't need the log burner because it was mild, it was a shame it was out of order. The oven needs some attention, it doesn't heat well at all, (it took 2hrs to cook a pizza!), and was very smokey, which made me think it needs a bit of a clean. Although we were happy as a group of friends with the lodge, I may have been disappointed if it was a romantic weekend away.

The Lodges were warm and clean and the hot tub was amazing! The swimming pool the grandchildren absolutely loved and the staff were so helpful in ever way!

The properties look dated on the outside, nothing like the pictures, don't think there has been any maintenance on them since they have been built. And starting to look tatty.
