Perfect location.

I booked this place primarily for the location and air conditioning plus a washing machine cause I travelled with my kids. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING AND NO WASHING MACHINE AT THIS PROPERTY. The property in itself was lovely, location was very central and lots of transport options nearby. Lots of restaurants too and shopping centres within 10mins walk away.

NOTE!!! THERE IS DEFINITELY NO AIR CONDITIONING AND NO WASHING MACHINE AT THIS PROPERTY. I messaged to query this and was told to adjust a non-existent temperature panel behind the front door. I replied there was none and received no further help, then a check out instructions message was later sent. Only one window can be opened per room and the noise from the trams, buses and cars passing by all day and night was absolutely awful. The heat was oppressive. I would definitely NOT be staying here again.

Listing mentions Airconditioning. There was only a switch for AC nothing more and No fan also. I sent a message to the owner mentioning about Aircon problem and asked him to give us a fan atleast but useless responses. Street is too noisy due to this apartment being on the same street as of Tram. Aldo being this on main road, all times, it is noisy around. Useless sofa bed. The sofa bed pipe rods kept hurting my back. The mattress was just for name sake. I tried to sleep a lot on the bed in such hot atmostphere but was not able to sleep till 5 in the morning when I finally slept on the floor. Although I booked for 2 nights, We did not sleep on the second night and booked a hotel for 300 Euro per night. The place was dusty all around. This booking was purely cheating with customers. I suggest to stay away from this apartment. I demand my full money back.

- not clean, especially the bathroom - tried to open the sofa from the living room but it had a thin, dirty and uncomfortable mattress - air conditioning not working -very noisy location, right next to 2 tram lines

Great location. Shops, bars, restaurants & public transport links nearby.

The sofabed mattress was sagging a bit in the middle.
